iQOO 15T is positioning itself as more than just another performance flagship. With a 200MP main camera, an 8000mAh battery, and the Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition at its core, the phone aims to cover speed, endurance, and imaging in one package.
The device has already launched in China, where it is being marketed as a flagship that does not focus on performance alone. iQOO is clearly pushing a more balanced formula here, combining high-end display hardware, gaming-focused features, and a battery setup that stands out even in the premium segment.
A flagship built around endurance and speed
The biggest headline feature is the Blue Ocean 8000mAh battery, which uses second-generation semi-solid-state technology. It supports 100W fast charging, OTG reverse charging, and a direct power supply mode for gaming sessions.
That direct power supply mode is designed to feed power straight into the phone during gameplay. In long gaming sessions, that helps reduce reliance on the battery itself and keeps the device running more efficiently.
Gaming hardware gets serious treatment
iQOO also adds hardware and software support aimed at mobile gamers. The phone includes touch sampling up to 4000Hz and a 400Hz gyroscope, both intended to improve responsiveness and control accuracy.
Inside, the Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition is built on a 3nm process and uses an octa-core CPU with clock speeds up to 4.21GHz. It is paired with the ARM G1-Ultra GPU, LPDDR5X Ultra RAM, and UFS 4.1 storage, while iQOO’s own Q3 gaming chip adds real-time ray tracing, 2K super-resolution, and frame interpolation up to 144FPS in supported games.
Display and design follow a premium direction
The phone takes design cues from the iQOO 15 Ultra. Its back panel uses a Future Capsule camera module, while the frame has a low-temperature matte finish.
On the front, iQOO 15T uses a 6.82-inch BOE Q10+ AMOLED display with a 3168 x 1440 resolution and LTPO adaptive refresh rate from 1Hz to 144Hz. The panel reaches a peak brightness of 4500 nits and supports HDR, P3 color gamut, 2592Hz PWM dimming, and several eye-comfort technologies.
200MP camera leads the imaging setup
Photography is another major focus. The rear system is led by a 200MP main camera with a 1/1.56-inch sensor, f/1.88 aperture, OIS, and CIPA 4.5-grade stabilization.
The camera system also supports 4x lossless zoom, up to 40x digital zoom, portrait shooting across focal lengths from 23mm to 100mm, Live Photos, Super Moon mode, night photography, and professional video recording. The main camera can record video at up to 8K, while the 50MP ultra-wide camera also supports macro shooting.
At the front, the phone carries a 16MP selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture and video recording support up to 1080p.
Software, durability, and connectivity round out the package
The phone runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, and iQOO says the experience is designed to stay smooth for up to five years. For protection, the device carries IP68 and IP69 ratings and uses reinforced Rock Glass.
Its hardware list also includes Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, USB Type-C, dual-frequency GPS, NavIC, and dual nano-SIM 5G dual-active support. iQOO also equips the phone with a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, Face Wake, an infrared blaster, an X-axis linear motor, and stereo speakers.
Variants, colors, and pricing
iQOO 15T is available in multiple memory configurations. The 12GB + 256GB model is priced at 3,799 yuan, while the 16GB + 256GB version costs 4,199 yuan.
The 12GB + 512GB variant is listed at 4,499 yuan, the 16GB + 512GB model at 4,899 yuan, and the top-end 16GB + 1TB configuration at 5,699 yuan. Color options include Qingyun, a white Legend Edition, and a black Track Edition.
