8GB RAM and Dimensity 6300 Put iQOO Z11 Lite on a Strong Entry-Level Path

A fresh leak trail is building around iQOO Z11 Lite, and the clearest signal so far comes from Geekbench. The listing points to a phone built around MediaTek’s Dimensity 6300 and 8GB of RAM, a combination that places the device squarely in the affordable segment while still aiming for dependable everyday performance.

The benchmark result does not tell the full story of how the phone will feel in daily use, but it does reveal the direction iQOO appears to be taking. For buyers in the entry-level to lower midrange range, that mix of a named chipset and relatively generous memory is often the kind of specification balance that matters most.

Early benchmark numbers set the tone

On Geekbench, the iQOO Z11 Lite posted 549 points in single-core testing and 1,776 points in multi-core testing. Those figures offer only an early snapshot, yet they already suggest a device focused more on stable routine tasks than on chasing flagship-style performance.

The listing also mentions an octa-core processor setup with two cores running at 2.40GHz and six cores at 2.00GHz. That detail matches the expected behavior of the Dimensity 6300 platform and is further supported by the presence of the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.

8GB RAM and Android 16 stand out

One of the more notable details in the benchmark entry is the 8GB RAM configuration. In a segment where many phones still ship with modest memory allocations, that amount should help the device handle multitasking more comfortably.

Android 16 also appears in the listing, giving the iQOO Z11 Lite a more current software profile than many rivals in the same price bracket. The combination of a recent operating system, a recognized chip platform, and larger memory suggests a product designed to feel modern even while staying affordable.

Certification trail points to a wider launch plan

Geekbench is not the only place where the device has surfaced. The same model was previously spotted in the Bluetooth SIG database, which confirmed the commercial name iQOO Z11 Lite.

It has also received BIS certification in India. Those sightings make a release in India and the wider South Asian market look increasingly likely, even if the company has not publicly detailed a launch schedule.

Fast charging may help it stand apart

Another certification detail points to 44W wired fast charging. That feature could become one of the more practical selling points for the phone, especially in a budget segment where charging speed often serves as a major differentiator.

The broader specification picture suggests that iQOO is keeping the formula close to what it used before. The iQOO Z11 Lite appears similar in direction to the iQOO Z10 Lite 5G, which also used the same class of SoC.

A budget phone with familiar positioning

The iQOO Z10 Lite launched at a starting price of Rs 9,999, or around Rp 1.9 million. Based on that positioning, the iQOO Z11 Lite is expected to stay in a similarly competitive range.

That would make sense for a device built around efficient hardware rather than aggressive premium features. With Dimensity 6300, 8GB of RAM, Android 16, and 44W wired charging in the picture, the iQOO Z11 Lite is shaping up as an option for users who want a budget phone that still feels well equipped for everyday use.
