Infinix is pushing the Hot 70 into Indonesia with a package that is hard to ignore in the entry-level segment. The phone combines a 6000 mAh battery, a 120Hz display, and a starting price in the Rp 2 jutaan range.
That positioning makes the device relevant for users who spend long hours on social media, juggle multiple apps, or want a handset that can handle light gaming without frequent charging. The first sale began on 25 May 2026 through e-commerce platforms and official Infinix stores.
Battery and charging take the spotlight
The biggest selling point is the 6000 mAh battery, which is clearly aimed at all-day use. Infinix pairs it with 45W fast charging and 10W reverse charging, giving the phone more flexibility when power is running low.
The company says the large battery is designed to support daily activity without draining quickly. For buyers who prioritize endurance above everything else, this is the feature that defines the Hot 70 package.
Display aimed at smoother daily use
The Hot 70 also brings a 6.78-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ 720 x 1576 resolution. Its 120Hz refresh rate is the key specification here, since it should make scrolling, video playback, and casual gaming feel smoother.
The display offers a pixel density of around 256 ppi. While it is not Full HD+, it is still positioned as comfortable enough for everyday use.
Slim body, varied colors, and added protection
Despite the large battery, Infinix keeps the phone relatively slim at 7.49 mm. The weight is about 195 grams, which helps the device stay manageable in daily use.
On the design side, the phone uses Dynamic Shine Design with a Velvet-Smooth Finish on the back. Color options include Night Pulse, Dive Blue, Silver Dancer, Green Texture, Quiet Violet, and Thermo Orange.
The handset also carries IP64/IP65 certification. That means it is protected against dust and water splashes.
Helio G100 Ultimate powers the phone
For performance, Infinix uses the MediaTek Helio G100 Ultimate built on a 6nm process. The chip is positioned to handle social media, multitasking, and light gaming with ease.
Memory choices are also fairly broad for this class. Buyers can pick 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, while storage comes in 128GB and 256GB versions.
A dedicated microSD slot is available too, with support for up to 2TB. That gives users extra room for photos, videos, apps, and other files without giving up the SIM slot.
Infinix also claims the Hot 70 can keep its performance optimized for up to 72 months. That is roughly six years of use.
Cameras and video features
The rear camera uses a 50MP main sensor with autofocus. Infinix adds EIS support to help improve stability during recording.
On the front, the phone carries an 8MP camera that also supports EIS. For video capture, the rear camera can record up to 2K at 30fps.
The camera package is completed by AI features such as One-Tap AI Flash Memo. That keeps the focus on practical daily use rather than a heavily stacked imaging system.
Official prices in Indonesia
Infinix is offering the Hot 70 in several memory variants. The official pricing starts at Rp 2.199.000 for the 4GB + 128GB model.
| Variant | Official price | First sale price |
|---|---|---|
| 4GB + 128GB | Rp 2.199.000 | Rp 2.099.000 |
| 6GB + 128GB | Rp 2.699.000 | Rp 2.599.000 |
| 8GB + 128GB | Rp 3.199.000 | Rp 3.099.000 |
| 6GB + 256GB | Rp 3.399.000 | Rp 3.299.000 |
With that pricing structure, the Infinix Hot 70 enters a crowded range where battery life, a 120Hz screen, and multiple memory options become the main factors shaping its appeal.
