Realme is building momentum around the P4R 5G ahead of its India launch, and the company has already revealed enough to make the phone stand out before it officially goes on sale. The strongest headline is the 8,000mAh battery, but the device is also being positioned around a fast display, a large cooling system, and a durable body.
The phone is scheduled to debut on 10 June at 12 pm IST and will be sold through Flipkart and Realme’s online store in India. Realme has also confirmed three colour options for the device: Lavender Glare, Silver Glare, and Titanium Glare.
Battery capacity leads the pitch
The 8,000mAh battery is the most prominent feature so far, and Realme says it can last up to three days on a single charge. The company has also shared specific usage figures to underline its endurance claims, including up to 12.5 hours of Free Fire gameplay, 6.5 days of music playback, 21.6 hours of YouTube viewing, and 26.9 hours of navigation.
Charging support comes through 45W wired fast charging over a USB Type-C port. That combination of a large battery and relatively quick charging makes power management one of the clearest selling points of the Realme P4R 5G.
A design built for visibility and durability
Realme has already shown the basic design language of the phone, which includes a flat display and a dual rear camera setup. On the back, the phone also features an LED flash and an AI Pulse Light that can be customised with nine colour options and five speed levels.
The body measures 8.8mm thick, and Realme is also highlighting protection features that go beyond everyday styling. The handset carries MIL-STD 810H certification and an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance.
MediaTek power and a large cooling chamber
Inside, the Realme P4R 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. Realme had earlier only pointed to a MediaTek Dimensity 6000-series chip on its microsite, and the exact model is now confirmed.
To support thermal control, the phone includes a vapour chamber with a 5,300 sq mm heat-dissipation area. Realme is also stating that the device comes with at least 256GB of internal storage and supports up to 14GB Dynamic RAM for multitasking.
Display and software details
The screen is another area where Realme is aiming higher in the mid-range 5G segment. The panel supports a refresh rate of up to 144Hz and is claimed to reach a peak brightness of 1,200 nits.
The phone will run Android 16 with Realme UI 7.0 out of the box. That gives the P4R 5G a current software base at launch, while the hardware package focuses on battery life, display smoothness, and day-to-day durability.
Camera setup stays simple
On the rear, the Realme P4R 5G uses a dual-camera arrangement with a 50-megapixel main camera that is marketed as an AI camera. Realme has not yet revealed the full details of the second rear sensor.
Even so, the overall package makes the phone’s direction clear. Realme is leaning on long battery life, a 144Hz display, a reinforced body, and large memory options as it prepares the P4R 5G for the Indian 5G mid-range market.
