ASUS is positioning the Zenbook A14 OLED as a premium laptop that leans hard into portability without giving up modern performance. At 0.99 kg and 1.59 cm thick, the Zenbook A14 OLED (UX3407NA) stands out immediately for users who move often but still need a serious machine for daily work.
The biggest upgrade sits under the hood. ASUS brings the Snapdragon X2 Elite to the Indonesian market through this model, making it one of the clearest examples of how ARM-based laptops are being pushed further for productivity and efficiency.
Performance built around Snapdragon X2 Elite
ASUS places the Snapdragon X2 Elite at the center of the Zenbook A14 OLED’s appeal. The chip uses an 18-core, 18-thread configuration and can boost up to 4.7 GHz.
According to ASUS, CPU performance rises by up to 41 percent compared with the previous generation. The laptop also uses 32GB LPDDR5X onboard memory running at 9523 MT/s with 152 GB/s bandwidth to support heavier multitasking.
Graphics performance is also part of the pitch. Qualcomm Adreno GPU is claimed to be 130 percent faster, which should help with creative workloads and smoother visual entertainment.
AI processing and cooling on-device
The Snapdragon platform is paired with Qualcomm Hexagon NPU rated at 80 TOPS. That allows AI functions to run directly on the laptop, including automatic transcription, real-time image enhancement, and ASUS Omni.
This on-device approach helps reduce battery strain and lowers reliance on an internet connection. ASUS also includes the ASUS Lightweight Thermal Solution, which is said to increase fan air pressure by 15 percent for better thermal stability.
A lightweight chassis with premium protection
ASUS has designed the Zenbook A14 OLED for mobility, but it still claims durability. The laptop meets US MIL-STD 810H military-grade durability standards despite its slim and light form factor.
The body uses Ceraluminum material, which is meant to combine strength with a premium feel. ASUS also gives the surface a matte finish to help reduce fingerprints, while buyers can choose between Zabriskie Beige and Iceland Gray.
OLED display for work and entertainment
The Zenbook A14 OLED uses a 14-inch ASUS Lumina OLED WUXGA panel with a 1920 x 1200 resolution. Its 16:10 aspect ratio gives more usable vertical space for productivity tasks.
The display covers 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut and offers a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio. ASUS also lists peak brightness of up to 600 nits in HDR mode, along with VESA Display HDR True Black 600 certification.
The screen design is built to keep distractions low. NanoEdge thin bezels push the screen-to-body ratio to 90 percent, while a 0.2 ms response time helps reduce ghosting.
Battery life and charging support
Power management is another focus area. ASUS equips the laptop with a 70Wh battery and says ARM architecture efficiency allows it to consume just 1 percent of power every 14.6 minutes.
For charging, the package includes an ultra-compact 100W USB-C adapter. ASUS says a 30-minute charge can bring the battery to 50 percent.
Price and bundled software
ASUS officially sells the Zenbook A14 OLED (UX3407NA) in Indonesia for Rp40,999,000. Each unit includes a full license for Microsoft Office Home 2024 and Microsoft 365 Basic, along with 100GB of cloud storage.
With its sub-1 kg body, Snapdragon X2 Elite processor, 14-inch OLED panel, and 70Wh battery, the Zenbook A14 OLED is clearly aimed at users who want a high-end laptop that stays easy to carry. ASUS is making a direct case for a device that blends speed, efficiency, and portability in one package.
