Amazfit Balance 3 is aiming squarely at users who want a smartwatch that can do more than track steps. The model combines a 1.5-inch AMOLED display rated at a peak brightness of 3,000 nits with 64 GB of internal storage and a battery life claim of up to 21 days.
That mix puts the watch in a premium position without pushing it into the most expensive tier. Amazfit has set the price at US$369.99, making Balance 3 a more accessible option than Balance Ultra while still keeping a broad feature set for health, sports, and navigation.
Built for visibility and durability
The display is one of the main selling points. With 3,000 nits of peak brightness, the screen is designed to stay readable in direct sunlight and other bright conditions.
Amazfit also protects the panel with sapphire crystal. The watch itself uses a stainless-steel body measuring 51.4 mm, while the thickness is kept at 14.6 mm.
Storage and navigation support outdoor use
The 64 GB of internal memory gives the watch room for offline maps, music, and apps. That capacity reduces dependence on a phone for users who want a more self-contained setup.
For location tracking, Balance 3 uses dual-band GPS and supports turn-by-turn navigation. Those tools make it more relevant for runners, cyclists, and other users who spend time outdoors.
Amazfit also includes HybridCharge Energy Intelligence, a system that monitors training load, stress levels, and sleep quality. The company says this helps suggest when users should push harder and when they should rest.
Health and training functions stay broad
On the health side, the watch offers 24-hour heart rate monitoring. It also includes SpO2 measurement, skin temperature tracking, and menstrual cycle tracking.
For fitness, Balance 3 supports more than 180 workout modes. Amazfit also adds dedicated tools for HYROX racing, which widens its appeal beyond casual fitness tracking.
The watch carries a 10 ATM water-resistance rating as well. That means it can be used for swimming and recreational diving.
Battery and everyday features round out the package
Amazfit equips Balance 3 with a 658 mAh battery. The company claims up to 21 days of use under normal conditions, while always-on display mode reduces battery life to around 7 days.
The watch also includes a speaker and microphone for Bluetooth calls. Other practical additions include NFC for contactless payments and a built-in flashlight with red-light mode.
Balance 3 is already available for pre-order on the Amazfit Global site, with shipping scheduled to begin in mid-June. In the market, it is expected to compete with models such as the Asus VivoWatch 6 Plus and Rogbid GeoX2.
