iQOO Z11 may be heading to India with a configuration that looks very different from the version already sold in China and other markets. That possibility has drawn attention because the same model name could soon cover multiple hardware setups.
The latest clue came from Nipun Marya, CEO of iQOO India, who posted a teaser on X. The hint matters because iQOO Z11 already launched in China in March and later arrived in several other markets in May, but not in the same form across regions.
A third version could be on the way
According to a leak on X, the Indian variant will not match the international iQOO Z11 model. If accurate, buyers could end up seeing three different devices carrying the Z11 name, each built for a separate market.
The rumored India model is linked to a new model number, I2514. A prototype with that same identifier has also appeared in the Geekbench database, giving the rumor more weight.

Benchmark entries rarely show the full product picture, but they often provide early confirmation that a phone is approaching launch. In this case, the listing points to hardware that does not simply mirror the versions already seen elsewhere.
The naming strategy is becoming unusual
The broader picture is what makes the iQOO Z11 story unusual. The China model arrived first in March, followed by another version in May for additional markets, and the India unit now appears likely to be a separate configuration again.
For buyers, the model number may matter more than the name on the box. The I2514 identifier is the clearest way to distinguish the India device from the other Z11 versions that are already circulating.
Rebranding speculation has also surfaced
One more leak has added another layer of speculation. A different tipster on X suggested that the Dimensity 7500 could mean the Indian iQOO Z11 is a rebranded version of the vivo S60e Vitality Edition sold in China.
That idea is based on the shared chipset, but it remains unconfirmed. There is still no official information about the design, camera system, battery capacity, or other specifications the Indian model may bring.
India launch signals are getting stronger
For now, iQOO India has not revealed the full product details. Even so, the teaser from the company’s India chief suggests the launch campaign may be starting to build momentum.
If official teasers appear soon, they should clarify whether the Indian version is truly different from the international model. Until then, the safest assumption is that iQOO Z11 is coming to India, but not necessarily in the same form that users may have already seen in other regions.
