Oppo buyers in India now face higher prices across three mid-range phone lines. The biggest revision affects the 8GB + 256GB Oppo K14, which has risen by Rs. 4,000 to Rs. 27.999.
The price changes cover every memory configuration of the Oppo K14, Oppo K14x, and Oppo A6s. The increase is not uniform, making the selected RAM and storage option more important for prospective buyers.

The Oppo K14 shows the widest range of increases among the affected devices. Its 6GB + 128GB version has moved from Rs. 19.999 to Rs. 21.999, while the 6GB + 256GB version now costs Rs. 24.999 instead of Rs. 21.999.
The highest K14 configuration has seen the sharpest adjustment, moving from Rs. 23.999 to Rs. 27.999. This makes its increase four times larger than the change applied to any Oppo K14x variant.
Oppo K14x Receives a Flat Increase
Each Oppo K14x configuration has received the same Rs. 1.000 increase. The 4GB + 64GB model is now listed at Rs. 16.999, while the 4GB + 128GB version costs Rs. 18.999.
The 6GB + 128GB Oppo K14x has also moved to Rs. 20.999. Its previous listed price was Rs. 19.999.
The Oppo A6s has received different increases depending on its memory option. The 4GB + 128GB model has gone from Rs. 20.999 to Rs. 21.999, while the 6GB + 128GB option now costs Rs. 24.999 after a Rs. 2.000 increase.
Core Hardware Remains Unchanged
Despite the higher prices, the three phones retain similar core specifications. They use the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, feature 6.75-inch displays, and have dual rear cameras led by a 50MP main sensor.
All three models run ColorOS 15 based on Android 15. Available memory configurations range from 4GB + 64GB to 8GB + 256GB, depending on the device.
Possible Component Cost Pressure
Oppo has not disclosed an official reason for the price adjustments. Higher component costs and a global shortage of memory chips have been cited as possible factors related to the revisions.
The updated prices are already shown on Oppo India’s website. Gadgets360 reported that the revisions were said to take effect from July 20, based on a circular reportedly shared by Oppo with retail partners.
Buyers considering these models should compare the revised price of each memory tier before making a decision. The underlying specifications remain similar, but the added cost now varies significantly across the three Oppo lines.
