Rumors suggest that the Galaxy S26 Plus will arrive with a fresh new design, differing notably from its predecessors. Early CAD-based renders unveiled by Android Headlines reveal the phone’s rear features a flat panel with a vertically aligned pill-shaped camera module.
This camera module houses three lenses arranged to protrude slightly, with an adjacent LED flash positioned to the right. Below the module, the Samsung logo is clearly displayed, highlighting a clean back design. The overall dimensions are approximately 158.4 x 75.7 x 7.35 mm, making the device slim and comparable in thickness to the Galaxy S25 Plus.
The front side of the Galaxy S26 Plus sports a 6.7-inch display with thin, uniform bezels. Its edges are more rounded than those on the Galaxy S26 Ultra, enhancing grip comfort. All the control buttons are neatly placed along the right side of the chassis.
Samsung is expected to use an LTPO AMOLED 2X panel, offering a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and a resolution of 3120 x 1440 pixels. The screen has a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and will be protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2, ensuring durability and vibrant visual quality.
Battery capacity appears to remain at 4,900mAh, the same as the Galaxy S25 Plus. Charging supports both wired speeds up to 45W and wireless charging at 15W. The phone will include internal magnets optimized for Qi2 wireless charging but, notably, will not come with a charger in the box.

However, Samsung reportedly reversed its naming plan due to the disappointing sales performance of the Galaxy S25 Edge. Consequently, the “Edge” model was dropped, and the “Plus” variant remains part of the series.
