Xiaomi is set to launch the Xiaomi 17S Pro in 2026, topping off the Xiaomi 17 Series lineup. According to a tipster on Weibo named Smart Pikachu, this device will succeed the Xiaomi 15S Pro and continue Xiaomi’s tradition of advancing their “S” series smartphones.
The highlight of the Xiaomi 17S Pro will be its internal chipset, the second-generation XRING chip, likely named XRING 02. This follows the success of the XRING 01 found in the Xiaomi 15S Pro, which was a 10-core, 3nm fabrication chipset that marked a significant technical breakthrough for Xiaomi in the premium chipset race.
