Redmi Note 15 Pro Series Launches with Bigger Battery and Brighter Display Features

Xiaomi has officially launched the Redmi Note 15 Pro series, highlighting major improvements in battery capacity and screen brightness. The new lineup targets mid-range users who seek balanced features with enhanced endurance and visual experience.

The series includes three main models: Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G, Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus. Each variant is designed to deliver solid performance, high-resolution cameras, and long-lasting battery life suitable for daily use.

Display Enhancements Across Pro Models

Both Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G and 5G versions come with AMOLED flat panels featuring a 120 Hz refresh rate. Their peak brightness reaches up to 3,200 nits, ensuring visibility even under direct sunlight.

Screen size varies between the two. The 4G model has a 6.77-inch Full HD+ screen, while the 5G version boasts a larger 1.5K resolution display. The 5G also improves touch responsiveness with a 480 Hz touch sampling rate, enhancing navigation and gaming.

Performance and Memory Options

The Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G runs on a MediaTek Helio G200 Ultra chipset optimized for power efficiency. Meanwhile, the 5G model is equipped with a Dimensity 7400 Ultra processor, providing robust 5G connectivity and smoother multitasking capabilities.

Users can choose between 8 GB and 12 GB of RAM, alongside storage options reaching up to 512 GB. This flexibility caters to different needs, from casual use to heavy app usage.

Camera Capabilities

The camera setup remains a key feature, with all Pro variants housing a 200 MP Samsung main sensor paired with an 8 MP ultrawide lens. The front-facing cameras differ slightly: the 4G model uses a 32 MP sensor, while the 5G features a 20 MP shooter for selfies.

Battery Life and Charging Technology

Battery is a standout aspect of the series. The 4G variant contains a 6,500 mAh battery supporting 45 W fast charging and 18 W reverse wired charging. The 5G model upgrades to a 6,580 mAh carbon silicon battery with 22.5 W reverse charging, allowing it to power other devices efficiently while maintaining energy density without extra bulk.

Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus — The Premium Model

The Pro Plus version represents the highest tier with substantial upgrades. It runs on Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, providing mid-to-high-end gaming and processing power.

Its 6.83-inch AMOLED screen carries a 1.5K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate, protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for durability. The rear camera now supports in-sensor zoom functionality with 2x and 4x options through focal lengths ranging from 23 mm to 92 mm. The selfie camera is set at 32 MP.

The 6,500 mAh carbon silicon battery supports ultra-fast 100 W charging and 22.5 W reverse wired charging, enabling rapid top-ups and emergency charging for other gadgets. Robust protection is evident with IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K certifications, preparing the phone for harsh environments.

Additional features include dual Dolby Atmos speakers, NFC, eSIM support, Bluetooth 5.4, and Xiaomi’s latest HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15.
