Vivo introduced the V60 Lite 5G in Indonesia on October 2, 2025, as a more affordable alternative to the standard Vivo V60. This model offers noticeable upgrades over the Vivo V50 Lite, including a modern design and improved specifications.
The V60 Lite 5G features a design reminiscent of the iPhone 17 standard model, with a capsule-shaped camera module housing two large lenses. Its minimalist and flat frame enhances grip stability, contrasting with the curved frame of the Vivo V60. The device measures 7.59 mm thick and is certified with MIL-STD-810H for durability against impacts.
Display and Durability
Equipped with a 6.77-inch AMOLED screen, the Vivo V60 Lite 5G delivers Full HD Plus resolution (1080 x 2392 pixels) and supports HDR10+ technology. This enables enhanced color vibrancy and contrast on streaming platforms such as YouTube. The display’s adaptive 120 Hz refresh rate ensures smooth visuals. Moreover, the screen remains responsive to touch even under light rain and is claimed to withstand rain exposure for up to 12 hours and water jet tests lasting 180 seconds.
Camera Features
The rear setup consists of a 50 MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with a 1/1.95-inch size, paired with an 8 MP ultrawide lens offering a 120-degree field of view. A ring-shaped LED flash called AI Aura Light provides balanced lighting during photography. For selfies, there is a 32 MP fixed-focus front camera that supports video recording up to 1080p at 30 and 60 FPS, as well as 4K at 30 FPS.
Performance and Battery
Powered by the Dimensity 7360 Turbo chipset manufactured on a 4 nm process, the phone includes an octa-core CPU with four Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.5 GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz. It is equipped with a Mali-G615 MC2 GPU. This SoC surpasses the Dimensity 6300 found in the Vivo V50 Lite 5G in both clock speed and CPU generation. The device contains a 6,500 mAh silicon-carbon battery supporting 90 W fast charging. This enables charging up to 48% in 30 minutes and a full charge in approximately 63 minutes.
Additional Details
The phone maintains a premium feel with a plastic back panel and lacks telephoto cameras, focusing instead on essential features. Its build quality, combined with durability certification, suggests suitability for everyday use without excessive fragility.
The Vivo V60 Lite 5G merges solid performance, vibrant display technology, and strong battery life into a competitively priced package around $210 USD, making it a compelling option in the mid-range smartphone segment.
