Oppo is preparing to launch the Reno 15 Pro Mini in India as the first market to receive this compact premium smartphone. This model completes the Reno 15 Series lineup by introducing a smaller option, targeting users who prefer more manageable device sizes.
The naming strategy differs from China, where the Reno 15 in India corresponds to the Reno 15C in China, while the Reno 15 Pro Mini is essentially a rebranded regular Reno 15. This approach offers three options—Reno 15, Reno 15 Pro, and Reno 15 Pro Mini—tailored to local consumer preferences.
All Reno 15 Series models in India are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset, balancing performance and energy efficiency. This SoC supports everyday tasks and light gaming, making it suitable for typical smartphone usage.
The Reno 15 Pro Mini’s compact form factor features a 6.32-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and brightness reaching 3,600 nits peak. The screen enjoys Gorilla Glass 7i protection with AGC DT-STAR D+ certification, enhancing scratch resistance.
Measuring just 7.99 mm thick and weighing 187 grams, the phone offers a comfortable grip enhanced by an Aerospace-grade aluminum frame. Oppo also integrates Sponge Bionic Cushioning technology to minimize impact from minor drops.
