Xiaomi has launched the Xiaomi Home Screen 11, a smart display designed as a central hub for modern smart homes. The device features an 11-inch IPS panel with a 1920 × 1200 resolution and a 16:10 aspect ratio for sharp and vibrant visuals.
The display achieves a brightness of up to 400 nits and a contrast ratio of 1500:1. It carries TÜV Rheinland certification, which helps reduce eye strain during prolonged use. Users can showcase family photo albums, dynamic magazine-style screensavers, or classic art collections, enhancing the room’s aesthetic appeal.
The Xiaomi Home Screen 11 adopts a sleek metal unibody design with a slim profile. Its thickness has been reduced by over 35% compared to its predecessor. The device’s edges are curved and the speaker grills are covered with fabric, creating a modern look that easily fits various interior styles.
The screen offers an adjustable viewing angle from 0 to 60 degrees, allowing users to customize the setup for comfort and convenience. Speakers are positioned at the back, contributing to the streamlined design without sacrificing audio performance.
Powered by an octa-core processor, the device is equipped with 6GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 3, which delivers faster system response times and lower latency in activating the AI voice assistant, Xiao Ai.
Through voice commands, users can control smart home devices, monitor electronics, and simultaneously execute multiple tasks. This elevates efficiency in managing connected household appliances with ease.
Audio quality is notably refined thanks to a quad-speaker setup with separate chambers for high and mid-low frequencies. The system produces balanced stereo sound, ideal for music, videos, or voice calls.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.4 and dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), ensuring stable and versatile network access. An 8MP front camera with a physical privacy shutter is available for video calls while maintaining user security.
Security is enhanced by an EAL5+ certified chip, providing robust protection. A distant microphone array enables hands-free voice activation from across the room, increasing flexibility in interaction.
The device runs on mains power without a battery, assuring continuous operation without interruption. It supports multiple smart home communication protocols: Bluetooth Mesh, Xiaomi Mesh 2.0, and infrared remote control.
Integration with Xiaomi smart devices and compatible third-party products happens seamlessly via the Mi Home app. This centralizes smart home management, making it simpler and more practical to control an entire ecosystem from a single display.
