Samsung has officially launched its latest flagship line, the Galaxy S26 series, embedding advanced Agentic AI technology for a refined user experience. The series, which includes the S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra, aims to enhance both hardware performance and software intelligence in premium smartphones.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra stands out by incorporating a groundbreaking "Privacy Display," a first in the industry designed to protect on-screen content from prying eyes. This feature brings a significant privacy boost for users who frequently manage sensitive information in public.
Processor and Storage Enhancements
Samsung has adopted a region-specific chipset strategy to optimize device performance. The global versions of Galaxy S26 and S26+ run on Samsung’s in-house Exynos 2600 processor, while models distributed in North America, China, and Japan feature the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy.
Notably, Samsung has discontinued the 128GB storage option across all models. Entry-level storage now starts at 256GB, with options extending up to 512GB. Despite upgrades in storage, the RAM remains at 12GB for both the standard and Plus models.

Further AI applications enhance photography capabilities with ProScaler and Object Aware Engine technologies. These improve natural textures in skin and hair in photos. Additionally, Call Screening uses live transcription to filter out spam calls, enhancing user convenience.
Charging and Color Options
The S26 Ultra now supports faster wired charging of up to 60W, representing a notable improvement in battery recharge times. Samsung offers classic color options including White, Sky Blue, Cobalt Violet, and Black. Online purchases can access exclusive Silver and Rose Gold editions.
