Oppo has expanded its mid-range lineup in China with the launch of the Oppo A6s Pro, a device built around long battery life and modern display features. The phone is aimed at users who want dependable daily performance without giving up the conveniences that are now common in current smartphones.

The model was announced alongside the opening of pre-orders on 14 April 2026, while official sales are set to start on 17 April 2026. That timing suggests Oppo is targeting early demand from buyers who prioritize endurance, smooth visuals, and enough power for everyday multitasking.

Large AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate

The Oppo A6s Pro uses a 6.57-inch AMOLED panel with Full HD+ resolution. This setup is designed to deliver richer colors and deeper contrast than standard LCD screens, which should make video playback, photos, and general navigation look more refined.

The display also supports a 120Hz refresh rate, which helps scrolling feel smoother and makes the interface more responsive. Oppo says peak brightness reaches 1,400 nits, giving the screen better visibility in bright outdoor conditions.

MediaTek chip and cooling system for steady performance

Inside the phone, Oppo uses the Dimensity 6360 Max chipset from MediaTek. The chip is positioned to balance efficiency and everyday speed, which makes it suitable for users who switch between apps, social media, and light gaming throughout the day.

To help the phone maintain stable performance, Oppo adds a vapor chamber cooling system with an area of 4,300 mm². This cooling design is meant to reduce heat buildup during heavier use, lowering the chance of throttling when the device is pushed harder.

Memory and storage options

Oppo also gives the A6s Pro generous memory configurations, with RAM reaching up to 12 GB. That amount should help the phone handle multitasking more comfortably, especially for users who keep many apps open at the same time.

Internal storage also tops out at 512 GB, offering plenty of room for photos, videos, files, and apps. For users who prefer a phone that can store large amounts of content without constant cleanup, this specification is one of the device’s most practical advantages.

Camera setup for everyday use

On the back, the Oppo A6s Pro carries a dual-camera system led by a 50 MP main sensor. Oppo pairs it with a 2 MP depth sensor, which supports portrait shots by helping create background blur around the subject.

The phone can record video at up to 1080p at 60fps, making it suitable for everyday clips and social media content. On the front, a 16 MP selfie camera handles self-portraits and video calls, giving the device a balanced camera package for routine use.

7000 mAh battery stands out

The biggest headline feature is the 7000 mAh battery, which places endurance at the center of the A6s Pro’s appeal. Oppo positions the phone as a device that can last through a full day of use and, in normal conditions, potentially stretch to two days.

That large battery, combined with the chipset’s focus on efficiency, makes the A6s Pro especially relevant for users who travel often, spend long hours away from chargers, or simply want a phone that does not need frequent top-ups. In a crowded mid-range market, battery size remains one of the clearest differentiators.

Oppo A6s Pro combines a large battery, a 120Hz AMOLED display, and a cooling system built for stable use, creating a package that focuses on endurance and daily practicality. With up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, the phone is positioned as a well-rounded option for users looking for a mid-range device that prioritizes long-lasting performance and comfortable everyday use.
