vivo T5 Pro 5G enters the market with a clear emphasis on endurance, led by a 9,020 mAh battery that stands out even in the upper-midrange segment. vivo says the phone can last up to 15 days on standby, deliver 37 hours of video streaming, and play music for as long as 90 hours under its internal testing.

That large battery does not come alone. The device also pairs it with 90W fast charging, reverse wired charging through USB-C, and bypass charging for gaming sessions, creating a package aimed at users who spend long hours away from a power outlet.

Battery life takes center stage

The most visible selling point of the vivo T5 Pro 5G is its 9,020 mAh battery. According to vivo, the phone is built for long usage cycles, including up to 37 hours of YouTube or Netflix viewing and 90 hours of audio playback.

Charging support is designed to keep the experience practical despite the large capacity. vivo claims the battery can be filled from 0 to 100 percent in about 45 to 50 minutes with 90W charging. The phone also supports reverse wired charging, allowing it to power other devices when needed.

A display built for smooth daily use

Beyond battery life, the vivo T5 Pro 5G uses a 6.83-inch BOE AMOLED display with a 1260 x 2800 pixel resolution. The panel also offers a 144Hz refresh rate, 449 ppi density, and a peak brightness level of 5000 nits.

Those numbers place the screen in a position to handle everyday tasks with high clarity and fluid motion. The panel should also remain easier to view in bright outdoor conditions thanks to its high peak brightness.

Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 and storage options

For performance, vivo selects the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 built on a 4 nm process and clocked up to 2.5 GHz. The chip is not positioned as a flagship platform, but it is aimed at efficiency and steady performance for multitasking and daily routines.

Memory and storage configurations include LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The available variants are 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB/256GB, while the software side is handled by OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

vivo also states that the device will receive 5 years of updates and optimization that is claimed to keep the phone smooth for up to 60 months.

Camera setup with OIS and 4K recording

On the rear, the vivo T5 Pro 5G carries a 50MP main camera using the Sony IMX882 sensor, an f/1.79 aperture, and OIS. It is joined by a 2MP bokeh lens for portrait-style shots.

The front camera uses a 32MP sensor with an f/2.0 aperture in a punch-hole design. Both the front and rear cameras support 4K video recording, while OIS adds stability when the device is in motion.

Durable design with practical extras

Despite the large battery inside, the phone weighs 213 grams and measures 163.73 x 76.1 x 8.25 mm. vivo offers the model in Glacier Blue and Cosmic Black.

Durability is another major part of the package, with IP68 and IP69 certification plus MIL-STD-810H compliance. The phone is designed to handle dust, water, high-pressure spray, and tougher physical conditions than normal everyday use.

Additional features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, an infrared blaster, and dual SIM support with simultaneous 5G. With that combination, the vivo T5 Pro 5G positions itself as a device that focuses not only on battery life, but also on the broader needs of users who want a phone ready for sustained, heavy use.
