OnePlus Pad 4 is shaping up as more than a large-screen tablet. With a 13.2-inch display, 144Hz refresh rate, and hardware aimed at demanding work, it is pushing closer to the feel of a lightweight laptop than a typical entertainment device.
That direction becomes clearer once the rest of the specifications are considered. OnePlus is pairing the tablet with a huge battery, a premium metal body, and productivity features that are meant to support multitasking in a more serious way.
A display built for speed and space
The OnePlus Pad 4 uses a 13.2-inch LCD panel with a 3,392 x 2,400 pixel resolution and a 7:5 aspect ratio. This layout gives users more room for reading documents, switching between apps, and handling media content on a wider canvas.
Its 144Hz refresh rate and 540Hz touch sampling rate are designed to make the experience feel faster and more responsive. OnePlus also includes 12-bit color support and peak brightness of up to 1,000 nits in high brightness mode, which helps the screen remain usable in brighter environments.
Flagship hardware underneath
Performance is one of the main pillars of the device. OnePlus Pad 4 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, supported by LPDDR5X RAM of up to 12 GB and internal storage of up to 512 GB.
That combination places the tablet in a category suited for heavy multitasking, gaming, and content editing. To keep the system stable during sustained use, OnePlus has added a 45,260 mm² vapor chamber.
Built like a premium productivity device
The tablet comes in a metal unibody design that gives it a solid and premium feel. It measures around 5.94 mm thick and weighs 672 grams, which keeps it slim while still emphasizing durability.
OnePlus offers the device in two color options: Dune Glow and Sage Mist. Both colors keep the overall design understated and consistent with the tablet’s flagship positioning.
Battery and charging for long sessions
A 13,380 mAh battery sits at the center of the device’s endurance story. OnePlus is clearly aiming for all-day use across work, streaming, and gaming rather than short bursts of activity.
Charging is handled through 67W fast charging. That should help the tablet return to use more quickly after a recharge, especially for users who rely on it throughout the day.
Features that lean toward laptop-like use
On the imaging side, the tablet carries a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8 MP front camera. The front camera is especially relevant for video calls and online meetings.
The software package includes Android 16 with OxygenOS 16. OnePlus also adds Seamless Sync and multi-window support for opening up to five apps on one screen, which reinforces the tablet’s productivity focus.
For audio and connectivity, the OnePlus Pad 4 offers eight speakers, dual microphones, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, 5G connection sharing, and a USB Type-C port. OnePlus also sells a stylus and keyboard separately, giving the tablet a setup that can move closer to a compact work machine.
Price and availability
In India, the OnePlus Pad 4 starts at 59,999 rupee for the 8/256 GB version. The 12/512 GB model is priced at 64,999 rupee.
The tablet is scheduled to go on sale from 5 May 2026 through the official OnePlus store in India. With a large 144Hz display, flagship-class chipset, big battery, and productivity-oriented software, the OnePlus Pad 4 enters the premium tablet race with a very clear ambition.
