New Miami Amusement Park Launching Soon Features Adventure Rides and Family Attractions

New Adventure Park to Debut at Miami Freedom Park

A major new adventure park is set to open at Miami Freedom Park, becoming the first U.S. mainland location for the global outdoor entertainment brand Toroverde. The 24,000-square-foot venue will offer adrenaline-fueled attractions, including world-class ziplines, climbing towers, and ropes courses designed for families and thrill-seekers alike.

Toroverde operates similar parks in Puerto Rico and the United Arab Emirates and is expanding to Spain. The Miami facility will sit on 131 acres near Miami International Airport, transforming the former Melreese Country Club site into a premier adventure destination. “Miami’s vibrant energy and focus on active experiences make it ideal for our first U.S. mainland park,” said Toroverde CEO Jorge Jorge.

Additional Entertainment and Retail Tenants

Besides Toroverde, Miami Freedom Park will welcome other entertainment venues such as PopStroke, a golf experience backed by Tiger Woods, and Fever, known for immersive live events like candlelight concerts and Stranger Things: The Experience. Altogether, these new tenants will contribute over 125,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space.

Miami Freedom Park is the largest real estate development currently in progress within Miami. It will feature a 25,000-seat soccer stadium, three hotels, and a massive 58-acre public park. The first phase, including the stadium, youth athletic fields, and retail outlets, is scheduled to open in April.

A Unique Miami Destination

Miami Freedom Park president Devon McCorkle said the development aims to create a distinctive place that mixes sport, entertainment, and hospitality in a uniquely Miami fashion. He stressed the commitment to presenting new and unexpected attractions to visitors consistently.

The new soccer stadium will officially open on April 4, hosting Inter Miami CF’s match against Austin FC, marking a key milestone for the project. The addition of an adventure park and diverse entertainment options is expected to further enhance Miami Freedom Park’s appeal as a premier destination for residents and tourists.
