
The American team’s attire for the Winter Games in Italy next February has been unveiled. Designer Ralph Lauren returns as the official outfitter for Team USA, dressing athletes with a blend of patriotic and luxury elements.
The collection features red, white, and blue hues prominently, decorated with American flags and Olympic rings. Polo ponies appear as a nod to Ralph Lauren’s signature style, adding a classic touch to the uniforms.
According to GQ magazine, the ensembles are “après-ski-inspired looks” designed for both performance and ceremony. Athletes will wear knitted turtleneck sweaters, toggle coats, puffers, and wool pants during the opening and closing ceremonies.

In addition to gifting the official gear to athletes, Ralph Lauren offers retail versions of the collection. Prices range broadly, from sweatshirts priced just under $700 to white wool toggle coats costing nearly $2,000. This retail line aims to extend the brand’s reach while sustaining its premium positioning.

The upcoming Winter Games also highlight the involvement of Utah, which is hosting the 2034 Winter Games. Fraser Bullock, president of Utah’s Organizing Committee, praised the Ralph Lauren designs as “fantastic” after previewing the uniforms in New York last October.
Members of Utah’s delegation to the 2026 Games will combine Team USA apparel with black-and-white Utah 2034 gear. However, the retail launch for Utah-themed apparel is planned only after the Italy Games conclude.
