The blind box trend has moved into the grocery aisle, and Aldi is using it to drive a limited-time giveaway. The chain has unveiled the Aldi Blind Box, a free online drop filled with fan-favorite products and fresh picks from across its stores. Shoppers will get four chances to claim one, with a new box released each day from June 22 to 25. Aldi said the giveaway will open at noon ET on AldiBlindBox.com and will be available while supplies last on a first-come, first-served basis. The chain says the changes are part of a broader effort by Aldi South to create a more consistent look worldwide.
