That stripped-back approach is part of why the watch can maintain its long battery life while still offering useful core functions. Power comes from a standard CR2032 coin battery, which helps the watch reach its advertised 10-year lifespan before replacement. Casio also includes an option to mute button sounds, making the overall experience even quieter for wearers who prefer minimal noise. Design choices that support the vibration feature Casio also adjusted the resin strap to make the vibration alerts more effective on the wrist.
