A pair of new Oppo flagships is set to arrive in Indonesia on 26 May 2026, and the spotlight is already falling on the camera systems. The lineup consists of the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s, with the Ultra positioned as the most advanced model in the Find X9 family.
What makes the launch notable is not only the flagship status of both phones, but also the way Oppo is separating their roles. One model is built to push imaging performance and long-range zoom, while the other is aimed at users who want a thinner and lighter premium phone without giving up core flagship features.
Find X9 Ultra puts imaging first
The Find X9 Ultra is being presented as the top-tier device in the series, and its camera setup reflects that position. Oppo has equipped it with dual 200MP Hasselblad cameras designed to deliver high detail across different lighting conditions.
Long-distance shooting is another major part of the package. The phone also carries a 50MP Hasselblad telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom, giving it a clear advantage for users who often shoot subjects from far away. For video, the Find X9 Ultra supports 8K recording, which adds to its appeal as a device for mobile photography and more cinematic content creation.
The emphasis here is not just on large numbers. Oppo appears to be building the Ultra for flexibility, so the camera system can serve different shooting situations rather than only one type of use.
Find X9s takes a slimmer route
While the Ultra focuses on maximum imaging power, the Find X9s is aimed at a different kind of flagship buyer. Oppo is targeting users who prefer a thinner and lighter device, but still want the premium feel associated with the Find X lineup.
Despite its more compact approach, the Find X9s still comes with three 50MP ultra-clear cameras. The setup is meant to cover portrait shots, night city scenes, and ultra-wide landscapes, so the phone can stay useful for users who frequently create photos and videos.
Video support on the Find X9s includes Dolby Vision 4K 60fps. That feature is intended to improve color reproduction and detail, especially for users who want richer-looking clips from a smartphone.
Battery capacity also stands out. The Find X9s is equipped with a 7025mAh battery, which is meant to support travel, gaming, and content creation without forcing users to charge constantly.
Oppo expands the wider ecosystem
The launch is not limited to the two phones. Oppo is also bringing Enco Clip2 and Watch X3 as companion devices to strengthen its product ecosystem.
Enco Clip2 is an open-ear earphone with a Premium NCVM Metallic Finish and a design that resembles a modern accessory. Oppo also uses a shape-memory Ni-Ti arc structure to help the earphone fit the ear more comfortably.
Watch X3 completes the lineup as a flagship smartwatch with a lightweight titanium design. It includes advanced health tracking features to support daily health monitoring and activity use.
OPPO Indonesia Chief Marketing Officer Jiang Linlin said the new lineup is part of the company’s effort to deliver a more complete flagship experience. She also said the new ecosystem is designed to make the overall experience more seamless.
Early pre-orders are already open
Oppo has already opened early pre-orders for the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s in Indonesia. Customers who join the program can receive total benefits of up to Rp9 million.
The incentives include free travel accessories such as a phone case, selfie stick, and MagFlash. Oppo is also offering OPPO Care, a 180-day new replacement guarantee, 0 percent installment promotions, and trade-in cashback of up to Rp3 million.
With a 200MP camera focus, different flagship directions for each model, and supporting ecosystem products in the same launch package, Oppo is clearly aiming to make the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s a stronger offer for premium buyers in Indonesia.
