Yamaha’s Aerox Cyber City makes its first impression with color rather than restraint. The variant carries a price of Rp34 juta more OTR Jakarta and pairs that positioning with a full digital cockpit and factory colors that are deliberately bold.

A sporty look built to stand out

The strongest visual statement comes from the color treatment, which runs consistently from front to rear. Black, purple, and orange are used as the main theme, giving the scooter a look that is hard to miss in the sporty scooter segment.

The front section is finished almost entirely in black, including the visor. The front apron also uses black with a Yamaha logo in the center, while glossy black accents and orange-purple Aerox striping appear on both sides.

Lighting also supports the sporty character. The headlamp uses an LED setup with a split-eye style design on the left and right, while a white DRL sits at the top.

On the side body, Yamaha adds matte purple with white Yamaha lettering. The side wing uses glossy black with orange-purple VVA striping, keeping the Cyber City identity visible even from a side view.

Distinct details on the wheels and chassis

One of the easiest details to recognize is the wheel color combination. The front wheel comes in matte purple, while the rear wheel uses orange, both shaped with a V-style design that separates it from more conventional scooters.

Both front and rear tires use 14-inch tubeless rims. Up front, the scooter still relies on a telescopic suspension, paired with a glossy black fender and matte accents on the side.

At the back, Yamaha fits a twin-shock setup with a reservoir-type shock absorber. This layout reinforces the model’s sporty intent while also adding a more technical impression to the chassis package.

Digital cockpit and daily practicality

Inside the rider area, the cockpit is one of the main selling points. The speedometer is fully digital and described as sporty, with complete information displayed in a modern layout.

The dashboard area uses rough-textured plastic, and the left side includes a closed storage pocket. Inside that compartment, Yamaha places a USB-type power charging outlet for everyday use.

Convenience is further supported by a smart key system. The keyless setup gives the Aerox Cyber City a more modern feel for daily riding.

Engine, braking, and storage capacity

For performance, the variant uses a 155 cc VVA engine. The specification mentioned also notes DUKOR as part of the engine details.

Braking hardware is set up seriously for a sporty scooter. The front brake uses a disc and comes with ABS and a single-piston caliper, while the rear brake also uses a disc.

Storage and fuel capacity remain practical for the class. The fuel tank is stated at 5.5 liters, and the under-seat compartment offers around 24 liters of space.

Rear design keeps the same visual language

The middle body combines orange and black with a large Aerox wordmark. The seat is finished in black with white stitching and Aerox lettering at the rear.

The back section continues the same black, orange, and purple theme used on the rest of the scooter. The rear body uses glossy black with Aerox lettering and orange-black accents, while purple details return to keep the front-to-back design consistent.

The rear lamp design is said to resemble the Yamaha R1, while the turn signals are placed separately at the upper section. With its Rp34 juta more OTR Jakarta price tag, the Aerox Cyber City relies on bold factory colors, mismatched front and rear wheels, full LED lighting, a digital cockpit, keyless access, and a 24-liter storage box to separate itself within the Aerox lineup.
