Vivo X300E Leaks With 7,000mAh Battery and Zeiss Camera, Outlasting the X300 FE

Vivo appears to be preparing another addition to its X300 family, and the latest leak points to a model that may stand out for one simple reason: battery life. The rumored Vivo X300E is said to pack a 7,015mAh battery, a figure that would place it well above the X300 FE in capacity.

That larger battery does not come alone. The device is also tipped to bring a 6.59-inch OLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 performance, and Zeiss-branded imaging, making it a more serious all-rounder than its positioning beneath the standard X300 might suggest.

A bigger display, but still a controlled balance

According to the leak, the X300E will use a 6.59-inch OLED panel with 1.5K resolution. The screen size is one of the clearest differences from the X300 FE, which is expected to help the new model feel a little less compact in daily use.

Despite the larger panel and bigger battery, Vivo is reportedly keeping the design relatively restrained. The phone is said to weigh 203 grams and measure 7.99mm thick, a combination that suggests Vivo is still trying to balance endurance with a slim profile.

Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and up to 1TB storage

Performance is another area where the X300E may sit firmly in flagship territory. The device is said to run on Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, with configurations reaching up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage.

That specification set would make the phone especially appealing to users who want both high-end speed and generous storage headroom. It also keeps the model in line with Vivo’s broader approach to the X300 series, where premium hardware remains a major selling point.

Rumored Vivo X300E Specs Details
Display 6.59-inch OLED, 1.5K resolution
Processor Snapdragon 8 Gen 5
Memory and Storage Up to 16GB RAM, up to 1TB storage
Main Battery 7,015mAh
Charging 90W wired charging
Weight and Thickness 203 grams, 7.99mm

Zeiss cameras remain central to the appeal

The camera system is expected to stay true to Vivo’s premium identity. The rear setup is said to include a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and another 50MP sensor paired with a periscope lens.

At the front, the phone is tipped to use a 50MP selfie camera. Like other flagship Vivo models, the X300E is also expected to feature Zeiss imaging technology, which remains one of the brand’s most recognizable camera partnerships.

Fast charging is part of the package

Battery capacity is only part of the story, because the X300E is also rumored to support 90W wired fast charging. That combination could make the device especially attractive for users who want a large battery without long charging downtime.

There is no confirmed word yet on wireless charging, although the feature may still appear if Vivo decides to match the hardware approach seen in other X300 series models. If that happens, the X300E would look even stronger as a daily driver built around convenience and endurance.

Positioning, pricing, and launch timing remain open

Vivo has not announced an official launch schedule for the X300E. The current expectation is that the phone would debut in China first, with an international release only possible later if Vivo chooses to expand availability.

The device was also previously linked to the name Vivo X500E before its identity became clearer. Pricing has not been confirmed, but the leak suggests it will likely arrive below the Vivo X300, which is currently listed on Amazon.de at €859.

For now, the leaked details paint the X300E as a model built around one clear advantage: a much larger battery, backed by premium hardware and Zeiss imaging in a package that still aims to stay relatively slim.
