Galaxy S25 Gets One UI 8.5 Beta 10, Leaked Galaxy S26 AI Tools Arrive Early

Samsung’s One UI 8.5 Beta 10 is now rolling out to the Galaxy S25 series, and the update is drawing attention for more than routine software polishing. The standout detail is the arrival of AI features that were previously associated with Galaxy S26, now making their way to older flagship hardware.

That move narrows the gap between Samsung’s newest and previous-generation devices in a noticeable way. Alongside the AI additions, the beta also brings bug fixes, performance improvements, and interface refinements aimed at everyday use.

AI Features Expanding Beyond the Newest Galaxy Lineup

Among the most talked-about additions is Audio Eraser, which is designed to reduce background noise in audio recordings. The feature is meant to make voice memos, interviews, and work recordings easier to hear by improving clarity.

Samsung is also adding Creative Studio, a tool focused on personal content creation. It can be used to make stickers, wallpapers, and greeting cards, with support for S Pen input and adjustable aspect ratio options.

Another notable addition is AI Call Screening, which helps users filter incoming calls more effectively. It shows caller information and gives users a clearer base for deciding whether to answer or block the call.

Fixes Target Everyday Problems

Beyond the AI tools, Samsung has addressed several issues that affect daily phone use. One of the fixes solves the delay and black screen problem that could appear during incoming calls.

The update also resolves a proximity sensor issue, which is important for turning the display off automatically when the phone is held close to the ear. Another correction addresses green line artifacts during 4K HDR video recording through third-party apps.

Bluetooth stability has also been improved. That change can matter both for call quality and for media playback, especially for users who rely on wireless accessories throughout the day.

Smoother Motion, Faster Response

One UI 8.5 Beta 10 is not limited to feature expansion and bug fixes. Samsung has also worked on the overall feel of the system, with smoother app transitions and faster response times.

The company has additionally optimized resource management to improve power efficiency and help limit overheating under heavier loads. App launch speed has been refined as well, which should be noticeable for users who frequently jump between applications.

Expert RAW and System-Level Updates

The beta also extends Expert RAW with Ocean Mode Virtual Reflector. This feature is intended to improve shots involving water scenery by helping with detail, reflections, and color reproduction.

On the system side, the update still includes the Google Play System Update with the February patch. That remains important for compatibility with newer Android services and applications.

Beta 10 is being described as the final beta phase before the stable release. If the current plan holds, Samsung is expected to release the stable One UI 8.5 version in early May.

For Galaxy S25 owners, the update signals more than incremental software maintenance. It brings AI capabilities that were once linked to Galaxy S26, while also tightening stability and daily usability across core functions.
