TAILG F55 Puts Night Visibility First, Red Dot-Backed Lighting Sets It Apart

For many electric scooter buyers, range and battery capacity usually dominate the conversation. TAILG F55 takes a different route by placing its lighting system at the center of its identity, turning night visibility into one of the model’s most visible selling points.

The front lamp is not treated as a minor accessory on this model. TAILG Indonesia says the F55 was designed by a Red Dot Award-winning team from Germany, and that the lighting concept was built to be more than visual styling.

According to TAILG Indonesia, the headlamp delivers 51,000 cd of intensity and can project light up to 50 meters. Those numbers show that the F55 is intended for riders who often travel on dark roads and need clearer sightlines after sunset.

The brand also links the lighting concept to the scooter’s overall design language. TAILG describes the F55 as taking inspiration from a mecha robot, then combining that look with a lighting system that has received international design recognition.

That approach gives the scooter a practical edge as well as a distinctive appearance. A host from TAILG Indonesia said the lamp helps riders feel safer, noting that night travel becomes calmer because the rider is visible and can see farther ahead.

Built for daily use, not just visual appeal

Beyond the lighting package, the F55 is positioned as an electric scooter for routine mobility. It uses a 2000W motor and a Graphene 72V 35Ah battery, backed by a claimed range of up to 100 km on a single charge.

TAILG Indonesia also states that the battery comes with a 2-year warranty. That detail adds to the model’s practical appeal for users who want predictable daily transportation without frequent charging.

The scooter is also presented as capable on inclines. That claim supports the idea that the F55 is not only focused on efficiency, but also on the kind of basic performance needed in urban traffic.

Safety and comfort features stay straightforward

TAILG equips the F55 with disc brakes at both the front and rear. The setup is promoted as helping braking feel more secure across different road conditions.

The wheel package also supports everyday riding needs. The scooter uses 90/90 tires on 12-inch rims, while TAILG Indonesia refers to them as 12-inch tubeless tires designed to improve stability and handling.

These are not overly complex features, but they line up with the F55’s intended role as a practical electric scooter. The emphasis stays on usable components that matter during regular commuting.

Storage and family-friendly touches

TAILG also highlights the F55’s large and deep under-seat storage. The space is said to fit a helmet, children’s items, and shopping bags, making it relevant for riders who need more than simple point-to-point transport.

A USB port is included for charging a phone. That feature remains small in size, but it matches modern commuting habits, where mobile devices are part of daily travel.

In the same promotional material, TAILG Indonesia says the F55 is suitable for riding with a passenger. The combination of dual disc brakes, 12-inch tubeless tires, and generous storage supports that positioning.

The scooter comes in three color options: silver, grey, and green. TAILG Indonesia presents the F55 as an efficient, powerful model with long range, but its strongest point remains the decision to make the headlamp a defining part of the product rather than a secondary detail.
