Honor X7d stands out in a market where many smartphones have trimmed back what comes in the box. At Rp 4.499.000, it arrives with a package that includes a 35W charger, USB Type-C cable, soft case, wired USB-C headset, SIM ejector, quick guide, and warranty card.
That bundle gives the phone an immediate practical advantage. Users can start charging, listening, and protecting the device from day one without having to buy extra accessories first.
A fuller package than many modern phones
The included charger and headset are the clearest differentiators here. Both items still matter for users who want a phone that is ready to use straight out of the box.
The bundled soft case also adds value. It helps keep the body cleaner and reduces the risk of scratches during early use.
Honor’s decision to include a wired USB-C headset is particularly notable. Accessories like this have become less common on smartphones, even though some users still prefer them for direct, no-fuss use.
Design that stays slim despite the big battery
Honor X7d comes in Desert Gold and Velvet Black. The unit tested in Desert Gold feels thin, light, and relatively compact for a phone with a large battery.
Its flat frame and rounded corners help the device sit comfortably in one hand. The matte back gives it a neat look, although the surface can still pick up fingerprints fairly easily.
The rear camera module uses a glossy finish that creates a mirror-like effect. Bronze trim around the module adds a slightly more premium touch to the back panel.
Built for durability as well as daily use
Honor says the X7d has SGS Premium 5-star all-round drop protection certification. The company claims the phone can withstand drops from around 2 meters and also resist pressure.
It also carries an IP65 rating. Together, those protections position the device as a mid-range phone designed not only for capacity, but also for durability in everyday use.
Display, battery, and charging
On the front, the phone uses a 6.77-inch TFT LCD panel with a 720 x 1,610 pixel resolution. It is not Full HD, but it does support a 120 Hz refresh rate for smoother navigation.
That higher refresh rate is noticeable during social media scrolling and general interface movement. Brightness is described as still fairly standard for indoor use and light outdoor conditions.
Battery life is another major selling point. Honor equips the X7d with a 6,500 mAh battery and says it can last up to 46 hours of calls, 30 hours of internet use, or 30 hours of photo and video playback.
Charging is supported at 35W, with Honor claiming a full charge from 0 to 100 percent takes about 95 minutes. The company also says the battery health can remain at 80 percent after five years of use.
Core hardware, camera, and AI shortcut button
Performance is handled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 chipset. In Indonesia, the phone is offered in a single variant with 8 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage.
That 512 GB capacity is one of the most eye-catching points in its class. Honor says it can store more than 400 films at 1 GB each, more than 120,000 photos at 4 MB each, or around 48,000 songs.
The camera setup is led by a 108 MP main camera with an f/1.75 aperture. It is paired with a 2 MP f/2.4 depth sensor on the back and an 8 MP f/2.0 front camera.
Video recording goes up to Full HD 1080p. The camera app also includes Pro mode, dual camera mode, and high-resolution mode for users who want more control.
On the left side of the body, Honor adds a dedicated AI button. It can be used for quick shortcuts such as flashlight, screenshot, calculator, notes, and selected apps.
If pressed and held, the button opens Google Lens directly. That makes it useful for visual search, text translation, and other quick camera-based tasks.
The phone runs Android 15 with MagicOS 9.0. Its supported features include NFC, dual SIM, Bluetooth, 4G connectivity, IP65 protection, and SGS Premium drop certification.
