Acer’s latest Swift lineup is built around a simple message: thin laptops can now carry serious AI features without giving up battery life or portability. Among the three new models, Swift Edge 14 AI stands out the most because Acer claims it can last up to 26 hours on a single charge.
The company introduced the new Swift series in Jakarta on May 21, 2026, positioning all three devices as Copilot+ PCs for professionals, content creators, and users who want premium performance in compact bodies. Acer is clearly aiming at a market where design, efficiency, and on-device AI matter just as much as raw speed.
Three laptops, three different priorities
The refreshed lineup consists of Swift Edge 14 AI, Swift Go 14 AI Pro Edition, and Swift Air 14 AI. Acer says each model is built with next-generation AI support for productivity, multitasking, and creative work.
Consumer and Gaming Notebook Product Manager Acer Indonesia, Matius Tirtawirya, said each device serves a different use case. One focuses on premium design, another targets heavier multitasking, and another is built for portability and durability.
Swift Edge 14 AI leads with endurance
Swift Edge 14 AI is the most attention-grabbing model in the group. It is an ultra-light premium laptop with a starting thickness of 7.47 mm and uses stainless steel and magnesium alloy to balance strength with a lightweight build.
Inside, Acer equips it with an Intel Core Ultra 7 355 processor and an NPU rated up to 49 TOPS. The setup is meant to accelerate AI tasks directly on the device rather than relying fully on cloud services.
The model also comes with 16GB LPDDR5X dual-channel memory and a 1TB NVMe Gen4 SSD, with storage expandable up to 2TB. Its 14-inch OLED display reaches up to 3K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification.
As a Copilot+ PC, the laptop supports Recall, Live Captions, Co-Creator, and Acer AI Solutions. Its biggest selling point, however, remains the quoted battery life of up to 26 hours.
Swift Go 14 AI Pro Edition aims at heavier workloads
Swift Go 14 AI Pro Edition is designed for users who need strong productivity performance and also want a machine that can handle gaming. The laptop weighs 1.12 kg and measures 15.9 mm thick, keeping it firmly in the portable category.
Acer gives it MIL-STD 810H certification, a hinge that opens up to 180 degrees, and a 14-inch OLED display with WUXGA resolution. Under the hood, it uses an Intel Core Ultra X7 358H processor with 16 cores.
Its NPU is rated up to 50 TOPS, which is even higher than the Swift Edge 14 AI in AI processing capability. The laptop also includes 16GB LPDDR5X memory and a 1TB NVMe Gen4 SSD, with expansion support up to 2TB.
Acer says the battery can last up to 22 hours in daily use. That places it below the Swift Edge 14 AI in endurance, but still in a strong position for a compact performance laptop.
Swift Air 14 AI is built for maximum mobility
For users who care most about weight, Swift Air 14 AI is the lightest option in the new range. Acer says it weighs under 1 kg and uses a magnesium alloy body.
The laptop features a 14-inch WUXGA OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a screen-to-body ratio of up to 90 percent. Acer also adds an FHD camera, a privacy shutter, and Windows Studio Effects for online meetings.
Swift Air 14 AI is powered by up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor. It ships with 16GB LPDDR5 memory and a 512GB SSD, making it the most compact-minded model in the series.
Pricing and availability in Indonesia
Acer has set Swift Edge 14 AI at a starting price of Rp24.499.000 for the Intel Core Ultra 5 variant. The Intel Core Ultra 7 version is priced at Rp26.999.000.
Swift Go 14 AI Pro Edition is sold at Rp26.999.000. Swift Air 14 AI will begin availability on May 31, 2026, with a starting price of Rp15.499.000.
All three models run Windows 11. Acer also bundles Microsoft Office Home & Student 2024, one year of Office 365 Basic, and up to three years of warranty.
