XLSMART used the BRAVO 500 Summit 2026 to sharpen its role in Indonesia’s digital transformation map. The company also used the forum to introduce ESTA Prime, a new enterprise platform built to connect connectivity, data, automation, and security in one ecosystem.
The summit was held under the theme “Solusi Untuk Korporasi, Solusi Untuk Negeri” and brought together more than 2,000 business leaders, regulators, academics, and technology partners. It became a space to discuss how AI, data, the Internet of Things, and digital connectivity can strengthen national competitiveness.
5G expansion remains a major focus
XLSMART is also pushing its network footprint further as part of that strategy. The company said its 5G service is currently available in 43 cities and regencies across Indonesia.
By the end of 2026, XLSMART aims to expand coverage to 88 cities and regencies. The broader rollout is intended to improve customer experience while supporting business needs such as higher productivity, better operational efficiency, and stronger competitiveness.
ESTA Prime is designed for enterprise operations
The headline product at the summit was ESTA Prime, short for Enterprise Smart Technology & Automation. The solution is the next evolution of ESTA, which had been introduced earlier in 2025 through XLSMART for BUSINESS.
According to Andrijanto Muljono, Director and Chief Enterprise Business Officer at XLSMART, customers now need more than connectivity alone. Organizations want technology that can connect data, operations, and decision-making inside a single integrated system.
ESTA Prime combines AI, Data Platform, Data Visualization, Cloud Computing, Interconnect Hub, Cybersecurity, Industrial IoT, connectivity, and Advanced Managed Services in one platform. XLSMART says the approach is meant to give customers better operational visibility, greater efficiency, stronger digital security, and more accurate insights for strategic decisions.
Two pillars support the platform
ESTA Prime is built on two main pillars, Technology Platform and Advanced Managed Services. The Technology Platform side gives customers access to Cloud, AI and Machine Learning, Data Platform, Data Visualization, Cybersecurity, Industrial IoT, and connectivity in one digital environment.
Advanced Managed Services is intended to help customers monitor and optimize technology operations. The service covers monitoring, automation, and technical support backed by XLSMART for BUSINESS operations across multiple regions in Indonesia.
The latest development of ESTA Prime also includes an AI-ready architecture, a stronger Data Platform integration, and a GPU Cluster to support AI and Machine Learning solutions across industries. XLSMART for BUSINESS has also added IoT SD-WAN and XoC, or Experience Operation Center, to improve operational quality and customer service experience.
Government and industry leaders discussed AI
Meutya Hafid, Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, appeared as a keynote speaker at BRAVO 500 Summit 2026. Her presence underscored the importance of public-private cooperation in accelerating the country’s digital transformation.
One of the most watched sessions was the panel titled “Apakah AI Akan Menentukan Arah Bisnis dan Negara?”. The discussion examined how artificial intelligence could influence business strategy, public policy, and national competitiveness in the years ahead.
The panel was moderated by Gita Wirjawan and featured Franky O. Widjaja, Budi Gunadi Sadikin, Rudiantara, and strategic partners of XLSMART for BUSINESS. The event also included keynote sessions, executive networking, industry breakout sessions, and an exhibition of digital technology solutions across sectors.
