Nothing is reportedly preparing a more affordable true wireless stereo model that could broaden its audio lineup further. The device is said to arrive as the Nothing Ear (3a), with a leaked price of €99 in France.
If accurate, that price would place the Ear (3a) well below the Nothing Ear (3), which launched in the Eurozone at €179. The gap suggests a clear attempt to give buyers a lower-cost entry point into Nothing’s earbud ecosystem.
A lower-priced alternative in Nothing’s audio range
The leak fits a wider pattern for the company, which is also said to be preparing a more affordable version of the Headphone (1) under the Headphone (a) name. That points to a consistent product strategy across Nothing’s audio portfolio.
For the Ear series, the new model would sit under the main flagship earbud line while keeping the same product family naming approach. Nothing introduced the Ear (3) in September last year, and the rumored Ear (3a) appears positioned as the cheaper follow-up.
Four colors are said to be on the way
Alongside the price, the leak also names four color options for the Ear (3a). Those colors are white, black, yellow, and pink.
