The Oppo Reno16 series has begun to show clear signs of an international rollout, and the first pricing leak is already drawing attention. A listing on the Italian retail site Epto has exposed the prices of three models, even though each one is still marked “Coming Soon”.
The numbers place the cheapest model at a level that feels unusually high for a premium mid-range phone. If the leak proves accurate, buyers in Europe may need to prepare for a sharper price tag than many expected.
Three models surface in the European listing
Epto lists three devices at once: Oppo Reno16 FS, Reno16 5G, and Reno16 Pro 5G. That alone suggests Oppo is not preparing a single launch variant, but a tiered lineup with different price points and sales packages.
According to figures cited by GSMArena, the Oppo Reno16 FS 5G is positioned as the most affordable option in the family. It is listed at €791.90, which is roughly Rp13.9 million based on a direct conversion.
The FS model is shown in Black and White color options. Even as the lowest-priced version, it still includes 5G support, which should appeal to users looking for stable connectivity and responsive gaming performance.
Standard Reno16 appears as a bundle
Above that sits the Oppo Reno16 5G, listed at €890.91, or around Rp15.7 million. Interestingly, the retailer does not present it as a standalone device, but as a bundle.
The listing points to a package that may include a charger adapter and a case, a detail that stands out at a time when many new phones ship with leaner boxes. This version is also shown in Black and White.
Reno16 Pro 5G sits at the top
At the top of the lineup is the Oppo Reno16 Pro 5G, priced at €1,087.90, or about Rp19.1 million. Like the standard model, the Pro version also appears in bundle form with a charger and case included.
The Pro model is positioned for users seeking stronger performance. Leaked information also highlights a higher display refresh rate as one of its main attractions, although Oppo has not yet confirmed the final global specifications.
Signs of a global launch are getting stronger
Retail pricing often appears close to launch, so the listing is widely seen as a signal that the global debut may not be far away. Oppo itself has not issued an official statement on the final global specs or the launch schedule.
Europe’s pricing environment may also help explain the steep numbers. Higher taxes in the region, along with rising global memory component costs such as RAM, are both likely contributing to the final retail price.
With entry pricing already close to Rp13.9 million and the top model reaching Rp19.1 million, the Reno16 series is clearly aimed at buyers willing to spend for a more premium class of mid-range hardware. The remaining question is whether Oppo will carry the same pricing and bundle strategy into other global markets.
