A new iQOO device has surfaced in Geekbench, and the listing points to a model that could expand the Neo lineup with a different performance formula. The device is believed to be the iQOO Neo 11S, and the early benchmark data suggests MediaTek Dimensity 9500, 16GB of RAM, and Android 16.
The appearance matters because the current iQOO Neo 11 already uses Snapdragon 8 Elite, making the reported Neo 11S look like a separate high-end variant rather than a simple refresh. If the identification is correct, iQOO may be preparing another performance-focused phone with a flagship chip from a different vendor.
What Geekbench reveals
The device showed up under the Vivo V2545A model number in Geekbench, a detail that tech blogger Anvin (@ZionsAnvin) on X says points to the iQOO Neo 11S for China. The benchmark scores listed for the phone were 3,395 in single-core testing and 10,312 in multi-core testing.
Geekbench also suggests around 16GB of RAM and Android 16, which indicates the handset may launch with the newer software platform already in place. For a device still outside official announcement channels, that is a fairly strong early sign of where iQOO wants to position it.
Dimensity 9500 is the main clue
The chipset listing uses the MediaTek model number MT6993, which is believed to correspond to the Dimensity 9500. That part is especially notable because it places the phone in the same conversation as MediaTek’s next flagship-class platform.
The CPU configuration shown in Geekbench includes four cores at 2.23GHz, three cores at 3.03GHz, and one prime core at 3.23GHz. Graphics are tied to the Mali-G1-Ultra MC12 GPU, reinforcing the idea that the device is aimed squarely at high performance.
Other hardware details remain hidden for now, including the display, camera system, storage options, and design. Even so, the combination of a flagship-class MediaTek chip and 16GB of memory leaves little doubt about the segment iQOO appears to be targeting.
100W charging has already been linked
The same Vivo V2545A model number had previously appeared in 3C certification, and Anvin says that listing points to 100W wired charging support. That would keep the Neo family’s fast-charging identity intact, even if the chipset strategy shifts.
Battery capacity has not been disclosed, so there is still no confirmation on how long the phone could last or whether iQOO has changed the cell size compared with other Neo models. The certification data only adds weight to the expectation of rapid charging, not to any battery-size claims.
How it fits next to the current Neo 11
The timing also makes the rumor more interesting because iQOO Neo 11 launched in China in October 2025 with Snapdragon 8 Elite, a 7,500mAh battery, and 100W wired charging. Against that backdrop, Neo 11S looks less like a replacement and more like a parallel model with a different chipset choice.
iQOO has not confirmed the phone, so the current picture still rests on benchmark and certification breadcrumbs. But those clues usually mean a launch is drawing closer, especially when they align on both performance and charging support.
At this stage, the most credible takeaway is simple: iQOO appears to be testing a Neo model that leans on MediaTek’s next flagship silicon while preserving the fast-charging formula that defines the series. More details on the display, cameras, and pricing should emerge only when the company decides to reveal the phone formally.
