Logitech has expanded its gaming lineup in Indonesia with two new devices aimed at desktop users who want a more complete setup. The headline product is the G316 X 98, a mechanical keyboard that borrows several ideas long associated with custom keyboard builds.
Rather than positioning it as a standard gaming board, Logitech G has given the G316 X 98 features that are usually found in enthusiast keyboards. The company highlights a “thocky” sound, hot-swappable switches, and a snap-fit gasket design, all of which are closely tied to the custom keyboard trend.
Custom-style features on a gaming keyboard
Those design choices make the G316 X 98 stand out from many conventional gaming keyboards. Logitech also pairs that approach with performance-focused hardware, including an 8 kHz report rate and a 0.125 ms response time for faster game input.
The keyboard is not limited to performance alone. It also includes a dot-matrix LED display, a control dial, Lightsync RGB, 30 customizable light bar zones, and per-key RGB lighting.
Users can adjust many of those functions through the Logitech G Hub app. The software allows changes to performance presets, lighting, macros, and key assignments, making the keyboard easier to adapt for both gaming and everyday use.
The mouse companion is built for speed and control
Alongside the keyboard, Logitech introduced the G304 X Superlight wireless gaming mouse. It uses a Hero 44K DPI sensor and weighs around 59 grams, placing it in the lightweight category for players who value quick and precise movement.
Logitech says the mouse can be upgraded with the Pro Lightspeed Receiver to support a report rate of up to 8 kHz. In practical terms, that means the mouse can send data to the computer more often, which can improve how responsive movement feels during gameplay.
Arnaud Perret-Gentil, Head of Product PC Gaming and Creators at Logitech G, said the mouse supports three connection modes. Those options are Lightspeed wireless, Bluetooth, and cable.
Battery life is another key point. Logitech claims the G304 X Superlight can last more than 130 hours, and it supports USB-C charging. The company also says a two-minute charge can provide up to 3.5 hours of play time.
Prices and availability in Indonesia
Both products are already available in Indonesia through the company’s official sales channels. The G304 X Superlight comes in black and white, priced at Rp 1.439.000.
The G316 X 98 is also offered in black and white, with a price of Rp 1.629.000. With these two releases, Logitech G is pushing a more connected desktop gaming ecosystem for users who want fast response, lighter hardware, and a more customized feel without stepping into the custom keyboard market.
