iPhone 17 Pro Drops Rp1 Million, While Pro Max Moves Higher

The sharpest move in Indonesia’s latest iPhone pricing update is not the headline model at the top, but the one just below it. The iPhone 17 Pro 256 GB has fallen to Rp23.999.040, down by more than Rp1 million in a week, while the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256 GB has risen to Rp26.949.000.

This contrast makes the premium lineup look far less predictable than usual. Prices recorded on 22 June 2026 show that demand, supply, and channel-specific promotions are pushing each model in a different direction.

The biggest swing is in the 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max

The clearest decline comes from the iPhone 17 Pro 256 GB, which was priced at Rp24.999.000 a week earlier. Its new level of Rp23.999.040 places it among the most attention-grabbing options for buyers tracking premium phone discounts.

By contrast, the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256 GB has climbed from Rp25.999.000 to Rp26.949.000. The Rp950.000 increase suggests that larger-screen demand and tighter global stock may be affecting pricing more strongly for the top-end model.

That divergence is notable because it shows the series is not moving as a single block. Instead, each model is reacting to its own market conditions, including exchange-rate pressure and stock availability across official sales channels.

Official retailers and e-commerce platforms in Indonesia continue to list a wide spread of models, from the new iPhone 17e to the iPhone 17 Pro Max. Prices can still vary by store because of promotions, bundling, and payment methods.

iPhone 16 and iPhone 15 still remain on sale

Older generations are still present in the market, giving buyers more entry points across different price tiers. The iPhone 16 128 GB is listed at Rp15.499.000, while the 512 GB version is priced at Rp20.999.000.

The iPhone 16 Plus 128 GB is available for Rp16.499.000, and the 512 GB variant reaches Rp22.999.000. In the Pro range, the iPhone 16 Pro 512 GB is priced at Rp24.499.000 and the 1 TB version at Rp27.999.000.

Apple’s older lineup also includes the iPhone 15 128 GB at Rp12.499.000 and the 512 GB model at Rp18.999.000. However, the iPhone 15 Plus and iPhone 15 Pro are not included in the latest update, possibly because of stock limits or removal from certain sales channels.

Why prices can differ between stores

The figures recorded on 22 June 2026 come from official distribution and retail channels such as Blibli, Tokopedia Official Store Apple, and iBox. Apple does not directly control retail pricing in Indonesia, so listed prices can shift without warning.

That is why a single model may appear at a different price across platforms, especially during flash sales or bundled promotions. Buyers looking at higher-capacity options such as 1 TB or 2 TB also need to watch stock closely, because availability is often limited.

For buyers focused on the most rational premium purchase, the iPhone 17 Pro 256 GB stands out after its steep drop. Those who want the largest screen and the highest storage ceiling still face the iPhone 17 Pro Max as the most expensive option in the current lineup.
