Machenike has pushed its mini PC line further with the new GTR Mini PC, a compact desktop that pairs AMD Ryzen 7 255H performance with a body small enough to fit almost anywhere. For users who need a serious Windows machine without a bulky tower, the pitch is straightforward: portability, upgrade flexibility, and enough power for work and play.

The model is already on sale in China at around 4,699 yuan, or about US$690. At that price point, Machenike is aiming the GTR Mini PC at professionals, creators, and gamers who want a small-form-factor system without giving up modern hardware.

Compact chassis with a premium finish

The first thing that stands out is the size. The GTR Mini PC measures 128 x 128 x 45.1 mm, weighs about 650 grams, and has a total volume of roughly 0.74 liters.

That makes it easy to place on a crowded desk or in a minimalist setup. The top panel uses a diagonal woven metal texture, which gives the system a more premium look while also helping resist fingerprints.

Ryzen 7 255H sits at the center

Inside, Machenike equips the machine with AMD Ryzen 7 255H, an 8-core, 16-thread processor that can boost up to 4.9 GHz and carries 24MB of cache. The chip is positioned to handle everyday computing with more headroom than a typical entry-level mini PC.

That means the GTR Mini PC is built for office work, heavy multitasking, data processing, and creative tasks such as photo and video editing. The hardware mix suggests a system that is small on the outside but not limited in scope.

Radeon 780M handles gaming without a discrete GPU

Machenike does not include a discrete graphics card here. Instead, it relies on AMD Radeon 780M integrated graphics, a solution that the company presents as strong enough for light to mid-range gaming.

The list of supported games mentioned by the company includes Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, GTA V, Forza Horizon 5, Genshin Impact, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Fortnite, and Cyberpunk 2077.

Key Hardware Specification
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 255H
Cores / Threads 8 / 16
Boost Clock Up to 4.9 GHz
Cache 24MB
Graphics AMD Radeon 780M
Memory 16GB DDR5 dual SO-DIMM
Storage 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD

Upgradeable memory and storage

The base configuration includes 16GB of DDR5 memory in a dual SO-DIMM layout, which leaves room for future upgrades. Storage is handled by a 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, and Machenike also adds a second M.2 slot for expansion.

That flexibility matters in a device of this size, since many mini PCs offer limited room for growth. Here, users can expand capacity without replacing the included drive.

Cooling, power handling, and ports remain practical

To keep the compact system under control, Machenike uses its MER 1.0 cooling solution with a high-speed fan and two heat pipes. The company says the setup is designed to maintain 65W operation and can handle brief spikes up to 70W under heavier loads.

Connectivity is also unusually complete for such a small machine. Up front, the system provides two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and one USB4 port with up to 40 Gbps bandwidth.

On the rear, users get four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, 2.5GbE RJ45 Ethernet, and a Kensington Lock slot. For wireless use, Machenike includes Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3, along with an internally optimized antenna design meant to keep signal quality stable in different positions.

With this mix of compact dimensions, upgrade options, and a high-end integrated GPU, the GTR Mini PC is positioned as a serious option in the premium mini PC segment. It is designed for buyers who want a small desktop that can still cover demanding everyday work and a good amount of gaming.
