Oppo has brought the Reno 16 Series to Indonesia with three models at once: Reno 16 Pro 5G, Reno 16 5G, and Reno 16F 5G. The lineup targets a broad audience, from younger users and content creators to buyers looking for a premium phone with AI features.
The biggest draw is not limited to the new design. Oppo is pairing large batteries, high-resolution cameras, water and dust resistance, and a long software support promise in one family, with official prices starting at Rp 7.999.000 and reaching Rp 14.999.000.

What ColorOS 16 adds
Software is another major part of the launch, because all three phones run ColorOS 16 from day one. Oppo highlights AI Kolase Mix, AI Mind Space, Popout 2.0, and Dual-View Video 2.0 as tools for productivity and content creation.
The company also promises five major operating system upgrades and security updates for up to six years. For buyers who keep phones for a long time, that support policy may be one of the strongest selling points in the package.
Reno 16 Pro 5G, the top model
The Reno 16 Pro 5G uses a flat 6.32-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of up to 3,600 nits. It also carries 240Hz touch sampling, 3,840Hz PWM dimming, and Oppo Crystal Shield Glass protection.
Its hardware is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8550 Super 4nm chip with an octa-core CPU clocked up to 3.4GHz and an Arm Mali-G720 MC8 GPU. Oppo pairs it with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The camera setup is led by a 200 MP main camera with OIS, supported by a 50 MP 116-degree ultrawide lens and a 50 MP periscope camera with 3.5x optical zoom and OIS. On the front, the phone carries a 50 MP selfie camera, while video recording goes up to 4K 60fps on both sides.
The battery capacity reaches 6,700 mAh and supports 80W SuperVOOC charging. Other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, an infrared blaster, stereo speakers, USB Type-C audio, and IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K certification.

Reno 16 5G, the middle option
The Reno 16 5G sits in the middle of the lineup and is aimed at buyers who want a premium phone in a more compact form. It uses a 6.32-inch OLED FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3,840Hz PWM dimming.
Oppo equips it with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage in 256GB and 512GB options. Its camera system includes a 50 MP main camera with OIS, a 50 MP ultrawide camera, and a 50 MP telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom.
At the front, the phone uses a 50 MP ultrawide camera. The battery is also 6,700 mAh with 80W SuperVOOC charging, while features such as stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint sensor, AI Mind Space, AI Remix Collage, Dual-View Video 2.0, and IP69 are included.
It measures 151.21 x 72.42 x 8.2 mm, weighs 182 grams, and is offered in Pop White and Twilight Violet.
Reno 16F 5G, the most affordable option
The Reno 16F 5G is the entry point to the series and stands out with a 7,000 mAh battery for longer endurance. Its 6.57-inch OLED FHD+ screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,400 nits of brightness.
Inside, Oppo uses the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Energy 4nm chipset with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The rear cameras consist of a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP telephoto camera with 3.5x zoom, and an 8 MP ultrawide camera.
The front camera is also 50 MP. The phone adds 80W SuperVOOC charging, an in-display fingerprint sensor, IP69 certification, and AI features based on ColorOS 16.
Its dimensions are 158.16 x 74.93 x 8.44 mm, with a weight of 182 grams. Color choices include Pop White, Twilight Violet, and Dream Purple.
Extra accessories and audio products
Alongside the Reno 16 family, Oppo introduced the Bubble Trendy Selfie Screen accessory. It works as a second screen that helps users use the rear camera for selfies or video recording.
The Oppo Bubble is 7 mm thick and weighs 27.5 grams. It connects over Bluetooth with about 10 meters of range, can be used as a remote shutter button, supports zoom control from 0.6x to 3.5x, and is compatible with Oppo devices running ColorOS 16 as well as iPhone.
Oppo also launched new audio products outside the Reno 16 line. The Enco Air5 is priced at Rp 1.099.000, the Enco Air5s at Rp 1.499.000, and the O Bubble at Rp 1.499.000.
