Vivo X300e Pairs a 7,200 mAh Battery With a 7.99 mm Body Ahead of July Sale

Vivo has opened pre-orders for the Vivo X300e ahead of its scheduled retail sale on July 27 at 09:00. The phone stands out for its reported 7,200 mAh battery, despite a body said to measure only 7.99 mm thick.

Its price has not yet been announced, leaving a key question unanswered before the device reaches retail availability. Vivo has also not published a full specification sheet, so several hardware details remain unconfirmed.

A Battery-Focused Addition to the X300 Series

The X300e is set to join the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, which were introduced in October 2025. Those two models are known for their camera capabilities, and the X300e is expected to retain the series’ imaging focus at a more accessible market position.

Vivo continues to highlight Zeiss imaging collaboration as an important attraction for the device. The rear camera system is reported to receive Zeiss imaging tuning, although the company has not detailed the final implementation.

Reported Camera Hardware

The reported rear setup includes a 50 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50 MP periscope camera using an IMX8 sensor. The periscope unit is intended to support zoom photography.

A 50 MP front camera has also been mentioned for selfies and video calls. These camera details have not been fully confirmed by Vivo and should be treated as preliminary until the final announcement.

According to Gizmochina, the phone may use a 6.59-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution. The panel is expected to have a flat design rather than curved edges.

Performance and Physical Design

The Vivo X300e is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, the same chip said to be used in the Vivo X300 FE. If confirmed, that would give the X300e a high-performance platform within the X300 family.

The device is also said to weigh about 203 grams and use a metal frame. Its camera module is reported to be square-shaped and positioned on the left side of the rear panel.

More Details Still Awaited

An ultrasonic fingerprint sensor has also been mentioned among the unconfirmed details. Vivo has not yet clarified whether this feature will be included in the final device.

With pre-orders already underway, the remaining details that may shape buyer interest are the official price and final specifications. Those announcements will determine how the Vivo X300e fits alongside the existing X300 and X300 Pro models.
