Wobble One Launches with MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Chipset, Offering Advanced Features

Wobble, a new Indian electronics brand, has officially launched its first smartphone named Wobble One. This device targets the mid-range segment in the rapidly growing Indian smartphone market.

Wobble One is fully assembled in India, supporting the government’s initiative to boost local manufacturing. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, which offers balanced performance and energy efficiency.

Design and Display

The phone features a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a Full HD+ resolution. It supports a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate and includes Dolby Vision technology for enhanced color accuracy and contrast.

Its design is modern with a flat aluminum frame and a glass back panel that gives a premium feel. The rear camera setup is housed within a square module, emphasizing a clean and contemporary look.

Performance and Hardware

Wobble One is available with up to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. This hardware combination aims to provide reliable multitasking and ample space for apps and media.

The device runs on the latest Android 15 operating system, ensuring up-to-date software features and security. Users benefit from dual SIM support, which remains a popular feature in the Indian market.

Camera System

On the back, the smartphone integrates a triple-camera setup that includes a 50 MP primary sensor from Sony Lytia 600 with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). This should produce clear and stable images even in low light.

Complementing the main camera are an 8 MP ultrawide lens and a 2 MP macro sensor for close-up shots. The front-facing camera boasts a high resolution of 50 MP, suitable for selfies and content creation.

Battery and Audio Features

The Wobble One comes with a 5,000 mAh battery sufficient for a full day of regular use. Although fast charging speeds have not been confirmed, the large battery capacity is an advantage in this segment.

The phone retains a 3.5 mm headphone jack, a feature increasingly rare in new smartphones. Additionally, Dolby Atmos support enhances the audio experience through its stereo speakers.

Market Position and Pricing

Wobble One is priced starting at approximately $270 for the 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant. This price point offers consumers a competitive option with strong specifications.

The presence of Wobble One adds fresh competition to the Indian mid-range smartphone space, which reported a 7% growth in the second quarter of 2025. Local brands like Wobble aim to capture market share despite dominance by established players such as Vivo, which holds around 21% of the Indian market.

As Wobble ventures from Smart TVs and audio devices into smartphones, its success depends largely on consumer reception to this first product. The company’s focus on assembling the device domestically aligns well with national industrial policies promoting "Make in India."

Wobble One is offered in three colors: Mystic White, Eclipse Black, and Odyssey Blue, providing options for various tastes. By combining a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, premium design elements, and comprehensive camera features, it targets buyers seeking value in the mid-range segment.

The launch signifies growing diversity in India’s smartphone offerings and reflects continued confidence in local electronics manufacturing to deliver competitive devices in a dynamic market environment.
