Infinix is preparing to launch the Note 60 Pro in India, and the key specifications are already visible ahead of the official announcement. The early details, shared through Flipkart’s promotional page and Infinix’s own website, suggest a major shift for the Note series with Qualcomm silicon, a larger battery, and a more premium feature set.

The biggest headline is the use of Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, which would make the Note 60 Pro the first Infinix smartphone to run on a Qualcomm chipset. That change matters because it signals a different direction for the brand’s mid-range strategy, especially for users who care about performance stability, gaming, and power efficiency.

Snapdragon debut and gaming focus

Infinix says the Note 60 Pro can handle gaming at up to 120fps in Call of Duty: Mobile. The company is also pairing the chip with a 4,758mm² vapor chamber, which should help control heat during longer gaming sessions and heavy multitasking.

That combination places the device closer to performance-driven competitors in the upper mid-range. For a brand that has often leaned on value pricing, moving to Snapdragon could help broaden its appeal among buyers who want stronger app support and a more familiar chipset ecosystem.

Display aims at premium viewing

The front side features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution. It also supports a 144Hz refresh rate and reaches a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, which is unusually high for this segment.

Infinix also highlights flicker-free clarity for reduced eye strain at night, motion sickness relief, and Gorilla Glass 7i protection. Those details point to a device built not only for gaming, but also for long video sessions and outdoor use where brightness and smoothness make a clear difference.

Battery and charging stand out

Power management is another major part of the package, with a 6,500mAh battery inside the Note 60 Pro. The phone supports 90W wired charging, 30W wireless charging, and bypass charging for users who spend long periods gaming while plugged in.

Bypass charging is especially useful because it can route power directly to the device instead of putting extra stress on the battery. For heavy users, that makes the phone more practical for extended play, streaming, and work without frequent interruptions.

Camera, audio, and smart features

On the camera side, Infinix has confirmed a 50MP main sensor with 4K video recording and AIGC portrait features. While the company has not fully detailed the entire rear camera setup yet, the confirmed imaging specs suggest a stronger push toward content creation and social media use.

Other notable additions include dual speakers tuned by JBL, NFC, an IR blaster, the Folax AI Assistant, and a One-Tap AI button. The phone also includes a heart-rate sensor that works through Infinix’s My Health app, where it can monitor heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and heart rate variability.

Software support could be a selling point

The Note 60 Pro will ship with XOS 16 based on Android 16. Infinix says the device will receive three years of OS updates and five years of security patches, which is a meaningful promise in the mid-range category.

That level of support usually helps a phone stay useful for longer, especially as buyers become more careful about software longevity. It also makes the Note 60 Pro look more competitive against rival models that still offer shorter update commitments.

India pre-order offers add extra pressure on rivals

The phone is already available for pre-order in India before the official launch. Early buyers can reportedly get up to 12 months of no-cost EMI, bank discounts of up to about $35 USD, and free MagPower speakers worth roughly $45 USD.

The launch bundle also includes one year of free screen replacement, 18 months of Google Gemini Pro access, 5,000GB of Jio cloud storage, a 1+1 year warranty, and a post-purchase voucher worth about $23 USD. With those incentives, Infinix is clearly trying to make the Note 60 Pro stand out not just through hardware, but through a launch package built to attract early adopters.
