DJI’s Osmo Pocket 4 has officially arrived in Indonesia through a partnership with Erajaya Active Lifestyle, bringing a compact camera option aimed squarely at creators who want portable gear without giving up a polished look in their footage. The device is positioned as a practical tool for modern content production, where fast operation and strong image quality matter in the same package.

The launch also reflects the broader direction of today’s vlogging equipment, which increasingly prioritizes ease of use while still preserving professional-looking results. Djohan Sutanto of Erajaya Active Lifestyle described Osmo Pocket 4 as an evolution that combines high performance with practical operation for current content needs.

Built for low light and flexible video work

At the core of Osmo Pocket 4 is a 1-inch CMOS sensor paired with an f/2.0 aperture. The combination is intended to support shooting in limited light, a situation that often challenges mobile creators working on the move.

For video, DJI supports 4K recording with slow motion up to 240fps. The camera also offers 14 stops of dynamic range and 10-bit D-Log color, giving users more room during editing and color adjustment.

Internal storage designed for speed

One of the more notable upgrades is the built-in storage capacity. DJI includes 107GB of internal memory, reducing the need to rely immediately on additional memory cards while recording.

The company also says the internal data transfer speed can reach 800 MB/s. That matters for creators who move large video files frequently and need a faster workflow during busy production sessions.

Stabilization and subject tracking remain central

DJI continues to rely on three-axis mechanical stabilization as one of the main strengths of the Osmo Pocket line. This system is meant to keep footage smooth when the camera is used while walking or moving, including for vlogs, travel clips, and everyday content.

For subject tracking, the camera comes with ActiveTrack 7.0. DJI claims the system can lock onto subjects accurately, including when using 4x zoom, which helps users keep moving subjects in frame more easily.

More intuitive one-handed control

DJI also changed the physical controls under the screen to make operation faster. The body now includes a dedicated zoom button and a 5D joystick that allows more precise menu navigation.

These additions are designed to make the camera easier to use with one hand. For creators who often switch locations or adjust settings while recording, that kind of control can save time during a shoot.

Battery endurance and fast charging

Battery performance is another focus area. Osmo Pocket 4 is said to charge up to 80 percent in 18 minutes, while a full battery can support recording for up to 240 minutes.

That combination of fast charging and long endurance gives the compact camera added appeal for outdoor shooting and longer content production sessions. It also makes the device more practical for users who need to keep filming without long interruptions.

Prices, pre-orders, and retail availability

In Indonesia, pre-orders run from 16 to 29 April 2026, with wider market availability scheduled for 30 April 2026. DJI has announced two official pricing options for the device.

  1. Osmo Pocket 4 Standard Combo: Rp 8.100.000
  2. Osmo Pocket 4 Creator Combo: Rp 10.300.000

The Standard Combo includes the Osmo Pocket 4 camera, USB-C cable, gimbal clamp, wrist strap, a handle with 1/4-inch thread, and a portable carrying bag. The Creator Combo adds a wide-angle lens, a DJI Mic 3 microphone transmitter with its accessories, a magnetic fill light, and a mini tripod.

Osmo Pocket 4 is also sold offline at DJI Experience Store, Urban Republic, iBox, and Erafone. In addition, the device is available through DJI’s official stores on various e-commerce platforms in Indonesia.
