Infinix has expanded its Note lineup in India with the launch of the Note 60 Pro, a model that marks a notable shift for the brand in the mid-range segment. The device stands out as the first Infinix smartphone to use a Snapdragon chipset, while also pairing a large battery with features that are usually associated with more expensive phones.
The launch package is built around a mix of display speed, long battery life, and added convenience. Infinix has also introduced a rear lighting system called Active Matrix LED, which can show real-time notifications and interactive lighting effects when the main screen is turned off.
Premium Display Features
The Note 60 Pro uses a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution. It also supports a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness level of up to 4500 nits, which should help the screen remain clear in bright conditions.
Alongside the display hardware, the Active Matrix LED on the back gives the phone another visual function. It is designed to deliver quick information at a glance without requiring the main display to be activated.
Snapdragon Debut for the Note Series
Performance is led by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, making this the first Infinix phone to rely on a Snapdragon processor. To support sustained use, the phone comes with a 3D IceCore VC cooling system that helps keep temperatures stable during gaming or heavier multitasking.
Memory and storage options are also kept practical. The phone includes 8GB of RAM, with virtual expansion available up to 16GB, while storage is offered in 128GB and 256GB variants.
Software and Everyday Support
On the software side, the device runs XOS 16 based on Android 16. Infinix says the system includes AI-powered features and long-term software update support, adding another layer to the phone’s mid-range positioning.
The combination of hardware and software is clearly aimed at users who want a smoother daily experience without moving into a higher price segment. The inclusion of a Snapdragon platform also gives the model a different identity within the company’s lineup.
6500mAh Battery and Charging Options
Battery life is another key part of the Note 60 Pro’s appeal. Infinix has fitted the device with a 6500mAh battery, a capacity intended to support extended everyday use without frequent charging.
Charging support is broad as well. The phone offers 90W fast charging, 30W wireless charging, reverse charging, and bypass charging, giving it more flexibility in different usage scenarios. These features should be especially useful for users who want to keep the phone powered while gaming or when sharing charge with another device.
Camera Setup and Added Hardware
In the camera department, the Note 60 Pro carries a 50MP main camera with OIS. It is paired with an ultra-wide lens, while the front gets a 13MP camera for selfies and video calls.
Infinix has also added several extras to make the device feel more complete. These include dual speakers tuned by JBL, a built-in heart rate sensor, NFC, an aerospace-grade aluminum frame, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection.
Color Options, Price, and Availability
The phone is available in Solar Orange, Deep Ocean Blue, and Mocha Brown. Two memory configurations are on sale: 8GB + 128GB priced at Rs 31.999 and 8GB + 256GB priced at Rs 34.999.
There is also a limited-edition Call of Duty Mobile version based on the Mocha Brown variant. During the launch promotion, buyers receive a one-year screen replacement offer, a free MagPower speaker, and access to services such as Google Gemini and cloud storage, with the device sold through Flipkart and offline retail channels alongside cashback deals and installment options.
