Xiaomi has expanded its home appliance lineup with the Mijia Cordless Vacuum Cleaner 4C, a wireless cleaner positioned for everyday household use. The new model is already available for pre-order on major e-commerce platforms, including JD.com, with a price tag of 799 yuan.
The headline specifications are straightforward: 170AW of suction power and up to 75 minutes of battery life in Eco mode. Xiaomi appears to be targeting users who want a practical cordless vacuum with enough performance to handle routine cleaning without adding unnecessary complexity.
Built around stronger suction
At the center of the Mijia Cordless Vacuum Cleaner 4C is a 450W brushless motor that Xiaomi says can spin up to 110,000 RPM. That setup is designed to deliver the 170AW suction figure, which gives the device enough power for common household debris.
The vacuum is intended to deal with fine dust, food crumbs, larger bits of dirt, and pet hair. Xiaomi also positions it as suitable not just for hard floors, but for carpets and other more demanding surfaces as well.
Blue light helps expose hidden dust
One of the more distinctive elements of the vacuum is its wide-angle blue light dust detection system. Xiaomi says the light spreads across 180 degrees and can help reveal dust in darker areas up to 30 cm away.
That feature is meant to improve cleaning under beds and along walls, where debris is often easy to miss. Xiaomi also adds a right-side cleaning design, which is intended to help the vacuum reach edges and baseboards more effectively in a single pass.

Power comes from a 7-cell 2600mAh battery pack. Xiaomi claims the vacuum can run for up to 75 minutes in Eco mode, while the machine also offers Standard and High-Power modes for different cleaning needs.
The filter is washable, which should make upkeep simpler over time.
