Infinix has introduced the GT 50 Pro in Indonesia as a midrange gaming phone aimed at users who want strong and stable performance. The device enters the market with a first-sale price starting at Rp 6,4 juta, positioning it as an option for buyers looking for gaming-focused hardware without moving into a higher price tier.
Built for sustained gaming performance
At the center of the GT 50 Pro is the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chipset built on a 4 nm process. The chip can reach speeds of up to 3.25 GHz and is paired with a Mali-G720 MC7 GPU to support both performance and power efficiency.
Infinix combines that setup with 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB or 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. There is no microSD slot, so storage choice needs to be decided at the start based on expected usage.
Display designed for games and everyday use
The phone uses a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution, or around 1,224 x 2,720 pixels. It also supports a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz, HDR, and high brightness levels.

Infinix gives the GT 50 Pro a strong gaming identity through its design. The back panel includes RGB lighting, while the GT Trigger shoulder buttons add extra control in games and can also be used for camera functions.
The phone is also equipped with the latest HydroFlow Liquid Cooling system. Infinix says the cooling solution is meant to help manage heat more effectively, allowing performance to remain consistent during extended play.

For imaging, the GT 50 Pro features a 50 MP main camera with OIS and PDAF, backed by an 8 MP ultrawide lens. On the front, a 13 MP camera handles selfies and video calls, while video recording supports up to 4K at 60 fps.
Other features include stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, an in-display fingerprint sensor, IP64 certification, 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.4. The phone also runs Android 16 with XOS 16, and Infinix promises three operating system updates along with AI features aimed at both productivity and gaming-related use.

The GT 50 Pro is available in Indonesia starting 24 April 2026 and comes in Black Abyss, Red Blaze, and Silver Glacier.
