Infinix is broadening its gaming-focused lineup in Indonesia with two new devices designed to work alongside the GT 50 Pro. The company has introduced GT Watch 5 Pro and GT Buds 5 as part of its GT Verse ecosystem, signaling a stronger push toward connected gaming experiences rather than standalone hardware.
The move reflects a shift in how Infinix positions its GT Series. Instead of focusing only on phone performance, the brand is now emphasizing how a smartphone, smartwatch, and audio device can operate together to support a more seamless gaming setup.
A connected setup for GT Series users
Infinix describes the GT Watch 5 Pro and GT Buds 5 as part of its AIoT strategy for gamers. The idea is to make each device complement the others so that gaming feels more integrated across the entire ecosystem.
Product Marketing Manager Infinix Indonesia, Jordan, said the company wants to take the gaming experience to a higher level through the Infinix GT Series. That direction places the ecosystem itself as a key part of the product message, not just the phone at the center.
For users, this approach means the accessories are no longer treated as simple extras. They are meant to support responsiveness, focus, and comfort during play, especially when used together with the GT 50 Pro.
GT Watch 5 Pro targets gamers and e-sports athletes
GT Watch 5 Pro is positioned as a smartwatch for gamers and e-sports athletes. The device offers live physical condition monitoring so users can keep track of their body status without leaving a game session.
One of its standout features is sync game countdown, which displays enemy respawn countdowns directly on the wrist. Infinix designed the feature to help players follow match timing more quickly and efficiently.
The smartwatch also includes regular health tracking such as heart rate monitoring. In addition, it can divert phone notifications to reduce distractions when users need to stay focused on gameplay.
Infinix prices GT Watch 5 Pro at Rp699.000 as a promotional offer, down from its normal price of Rp799.000.
GT Buds 5 focuses on low-latency gaming audio
For audio, Infinix has launched GT Buds 5 as a true wireless stereo option for gaming. The earbuds are built with latency as low as 44 ms so sound and visuals stay aligned during play.
The device uses a 12 mm dynamic driver and Dolby Spatial Audio to create a more immersive listening experience. Infinix says the combination is meant to make audio details clearer and the overall gaming environment feel more alive.
GT Buds 5 is offered at a special price of Rp449.000, compared with its regular price of Rp499.000.
Cooling support rounds out the gaming ecosystem
Beyond the two main accessories, Infinix is also preparing an external cooler with bypass charging support. The product is intended to keep the phone temperature stable during long gaming sessions, especially when the workload is intense.
The accessory is called GT Max Charge Cooler 2.0. Infinix plans to make it available on 28 April 2026 with a price tag of Rp499.000.
With these additions, Infinix is making a clearer statement about the direction of its GT Series. The combination of GT Watch 5 Pro, GT Buds 5, and GT Max Charge Cooler 2.0 is meant to support a more connected gaming experience around the GT 50 Pro.
