A brighter premium TV option has arrived in Indonesia, and Xiaomi is positioning it for homes that want large-screen viewing without sacrificing clarity in bright rooms. The Xiaomi TV S Mini LED 2026 stands out most for its 1,200 nits peak brightness, a level that is meant to keep images readable and natural even when sunlight or room lighting is strong.
That focus on brightness is only one part of the pitch. Xiaomi is also combining Mini LED and QD Mini LED technology to deliver tighter light control, deeper blacks, and more vivid overall visuals, especially in scenes where dark and bright details appear at the same time.
Designed for bright rooms and bigger screen expectations
Xiaomi officially started selling the Xiaomi TV S Mini LED 2026 in Indonesia on Saturday, 9 May 2026. The company is aiming the lineup at buyers who want more than just a larger display, with a stronger emphasis on visual quality across everyday viewing.
Marketing Director Xiaomi Indonesia, Andi Renreng, said consumer demand is no longer limited to screen size alone. He said viewers now expect more lifelike detail in the picture itself.
Home cinema features built into the package
The TV includes Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos to support a more immersive viewing experience. Xiaomi says these features are intended to bring a cinema-like feel into the living room.
The design also follows a minimalist direction. Xiaomi uses a very slim metal body across the range, giving the television a modern appearance when mounted in a home setup.
Gaming and motion handling are part of the appeal
For users who watch action-heavy content or play games, Xiaomi adds Game Boost to help keep motion transitions smooth. The feature is meant to support responsive visual performance in fast-moving scenes.
The larger models also push refresh rates higher. The 85-inch and 98-inch versions support up to 144 Hz, making them more suitable for gaming and action films that benefit from quicker motion handling.
Size choices and smart home integration
The Xiaomi TV S Mini LED 2026 is available in five sizes: 55 inches, 65 inches, 75 inches, 85 inches, and 98 inches. All variants include Digital Window support.
The television runs HyperOS, which allows integration with other smart devices such as lights and air conditioners. That makes the TV part of a broader connected-home setup rather than a standalone entertainment screen.
Pricing and availability in Indonesia
Xiaomi has set the price of the 65-inch model at Rp9.999.000. The 75-inch version costs Rp14.999.000, while the 85-inch model is priced at Rp22.999.000 and the 98-inch variant at Rp29.999.000.
Pricing for the 55-inch model has not been announced yet. The product is already available through official Xiaomi Indonesia channels, including Xiaomi Store and partner marketplace platforms.
With its 1,200 nits brightness, Mini LED panel, smart home support, and larger-screen options, the Xiaomi TV S Mini LED 2026 is being presented as a premium TV range built for both entertainment and gaming.
