The two-bedroom home is now asking $4.75 million while a tenant remains in place. The apartment also just set a new rental benchmark for the year, leasing for $30,000 a month to a tenant in finance. Brokers said that was a record per-square-foot price so far this year. A high-profile list of visitors Doja Cat toured the property with an entourage, according to the report. Chris Rock also stopped by on his own, and a source described him as “a very cool, laid back guy.” The same source said Rock had “a very specific location in mind, in Soho, and this is it,” though the penthouse may have felt a bit small for the comedian.
