The two-bedroom home is now asking $4.75 million while a tenant remains in place. The apartment also just set a new rental benchmark for the year, leasing for $30,000 a month to a tenant in finance. Brokers said that was a record per-square-foot price so far this year. A high-profile list of visitors Doja Cat toured the property with an entourage, according to the report.
