A Power Bank That Splits in Two, One Unit Can Go Straight to a Friend

Nimble has taken a different route in the crowded power bank market with the Sharepower Portable Charger. Instead of simply adding more ports, the company built a modular design that can be separated into two working units.

The idea is easy to understand and even easier to use in daily life. When battery levels run low, one half can stay with the owner while the other can be handed to a friend or used for a second device.

One device, two configurations

In its combined form, Sharepower Portable Charger offers a 10,000mAh battery and a 35W output. Once split, it becomes two independent 5,000mAh power banks, each with 20W output.

That flexibility is the main point of the product. It gives users a full-capacity charger when needed, but also two smaller chargers when portability or sharing matters more.

Built for separate use, then rejoined

Each side has its own hardware setup. One section includes a built-in USB-C cable and one USB-C port, while the other section has a USB-C port and a foldable USB-C connector that can plug directly into a phone’s charging port.

The two halves can be reattached with magnets and pogo pins. This lets the charger return to a single unit whenever a larger battery pack is more practical.

Battery status stays visible

Nimble also gave each half its own battery indicator. The section with the integrated cable uses four LEDs, while the section with the foldable connector uses a digital display.

That makes it possible to check remaining power even if only one piece is carried. The split design is therefore more than a novelty and has a clear use case for everyday charging.

Colors and pricing

The Sharepower Portable Charger is available in White, along with two limited-edition finishes called Liquid Crystal Blue and Liquid Crystal Pink. Those limited colors add a liquid-like appearance and a ripple texture.

Nimble is selling the product through its website for $79.95. In a market where many power banks look and function alike, the ability to split into two separate chargers gives this model a distinct identity.
