Amazfit has launched the Cheetah 2 Pro and Cheetah 2 Ultra in Indonesia, targeting runners who want more than a basic sports watch. The pair is aimed at marathon runners, road runners, trail runners, and endurance athletes who rely on precise navigation and detailed performance tracking.
The two models share a clear focus on training support, high-brightness AMOLED screens, and long battery life. Amazfit says the Cheetah 2 series also brings AI-based workout features and high-precision GPS for users who train over long distances.
Cheetah 2 Pro for structured running plans
The Cheetah 2 Pro is positioned for marathon and road running users who need organized training programs and deeper race analysis. It uses a Grade 5 Titanium body, a 1.32-inch AMOLED display with brightness of up to 3,000 nits, and sapphire glass for added durability.
For training, the watch includes Zepp Coach AI, which can build workout plans up to full marathon level. It also tracks running power, lactate threshold, ground contact time, and running posture.
Amazfit also adds support for TrainingPeaks, Runna, Intervals.icu, and Strava. Navigation features include dual-band GPS with six satellite systems, offline maps, and route guidance.
Battery life is one of its key selling points. In GPS mode, the Cheetah 2 Pro is rated for up to 31 hours, while normal use can reach up to 20 days.
Cheetah 2 Ultra for tougher terrain
The Cheetah 2 Ultra is built for outdoor users and trail runners who need stronger hardware and longer endurance. It combines Grade 5 Titanium with sapphire glass and is said to meet military-grade durability standards.
Its display is larger at 1.5 inches AMOLED, also with brightness of up to 3,000 nits. The model is designed to improve navigation with faster offline map processing and includes elevation overview tools for trail running.
Amazfit also equips the Ultra with performance and endurance monitoring for long outdoor sessions. The watch comes with 64 GB of internal storage, along with two strap options: silicone and nylon.
Battery claims go even further here, with up to 60 hours in GPS mode and up to 30 days in normal use.
Price and availability in Indonesia
According to tekno.kompas.com, the Amazfit Cheetah 2 Pro and Cheetah 2 Ultra were available in Indonesia starting June 10, 2026. The Cheetah 2 Pro is priced at Rp 7,799,000, while the Cheetah 2 Ultra costs Rp 10,499,000.
With these specs, Amazfit is clearly aiming at runners who want a focused sports watch rather than a general-purpose smartwatch. The combination of GPS precision, training tools, and long battery life places both models in a premium segment for serious athletes.
